I don't feel so lazy now. Your averages are fairly similar to mine...although my walks are a lot flatter! I was getting worried recently as I was gradually putting weight on...and then realised why. Both of my kids are at secondary school now and so I'd stop doing the drop off and pick up from their primary school. As a result I've been walking four miles less per day! I've had to up my midday walks accordingly.

I've no doubt it does and I've nothing but the upmost respect for any lads still doing plenty it just got all a bit to claustrophobic for me.

I'll get myself a little mongrely type lurcher some time in the future more as a companion than a worker if it does a bit it'll be bonus but I'll not be putting no pressure on either of us. Lol. For now it's just me and the kids fat whippet for company on our walks which will do for while.

Your right I wouldn't just walk by and watch some c**t bullying a young girl. But if a couple of fellas were having a set to in a boozer or in the street and a couple of girls decided to go poking their noses in then that's their lookout.

McHull bully’s me and nobody sticks up for me ! Joking aside, how many actual times in your life has anyone come across someone bullying someone ?……3 times ?, 6?, a dozen ? Id say it’s less than a dozen for almost everyone. Everything in these situations is based on split second assessments, I don’t care who you are, that’s a fact……and one size does not fit all, ever !
