The smoke shed where I work seems to be a great and reliable hub for exchanging credible information. Unfortunately I don’t smoke.., which explains why I haven’t got a 4 by 2 what the fcuks going on in the world. THL comes in a close second. As someone once said, “believe half of what you see, and none of what you read”. I’d reckon it should be less than half for everything, there’s more mis-information, or mis representation of the facts, out there than anything else now. Maybe it was always thus, but the volume of information available, with which one could form an opinion, is off

I don’t rate Wilder, and Klitschko looked gun shy when they fought, so I think this might be Fury’s toughest test to date. Interesting fight.

Bet Whyte KO/TKO for the odds…, although can see Fury stopping him late after Whyte tires and gets sloppy after chasing shadows all night.

My kids have apps to help them with French for school, not sure how good they are. I’d like to learn Italian, ideally whilst I drive to and from work, which is typically 5-8 hours a week! Interactive apps no good when you’re driving. Just had a look on Spotify and there are some basic audio courses on there. Might be worth a try to get started ??

Eastern Europeans. Place near me been I’ve fished for 30 years, held good head of pike and not a lot else so was left alone by most. Caught fish up to 20, and always kept busy. Poles turned up about 15 year ago and killed everything they caught, and the good fish disappeared almost overnight. This pattern is repeated up and down the land.

Can’t make my mind up if it’s staged or not. It was a bit of a girly slap techique-wise, and Rock looked ready for it and rolled with it, so much so it wouldn’t have looked out of place in an old John Wayne film. Chris Rock did look fcukin shocked after though, and I can’t see why he’d have ‘agreed’ to look like such a pr!ck in front of billions of people around the world. They say no publicity is bad publicity though, and it set Smith up nicely for his teary acceptance speech, so who knows. Two wins so far, including Billaway who came from a fair way back to win it on the line (the most exciting thing to see in any sport imho) and The Nice Guy at 10’s…, and two places too.

Get well soon mate. I’m on day 10 of a 10 day isolation (Scottish rules) so back to work tomorrow. I’d already done 5 days at home cos she got it, so been stuck indoors for a fortnight

I thought that was a non-starter anyway, or at least an offer too late to be effective. Ukraine won’t have anywhere to fly them from soon anyway, and flying them from elsewhere isn’t an option. Others know more than me, but I’d guess the best that can be done to help is the supply of more surface to air type munitions.

Wtf is going on with Roman Abramovich? European countries seizing the assets of Russian oligarchs, and he’s here trying to flog Chelski for £3B, plus a shit load of very expensive property.
