Two wins so far, including Billaway who came from a fair way back to win it on the line (the most exciting thing to see in any sport imho) and The Nice Guy at 10’s…, and two places too.

Get well soon mate. I’m on day 10 of a 10 day isolation (Scottish rules) so back to work tomorrow. I’d already done 5 days at home cos she got it, so been stuck indoors for a fortnight

I thought that was a non-starter anyway, or at least an offer too late to be effective. Ukraine won’t have anywhere to fly them from soon anyway, and flying them from elsewhere isn’t an option. Others know more than me, but I’d guess the best that can be done to help is the supply of more surface to air type munitions.

Love the turn into Spring. Been beautiful here the last two days. On day seven of covid now, felt like death yesterday, but much better today so got a load of rhododendrons and other sh!te cleared out the garden and off to the dump. I’m still testing positive so will work from home tomorrow - Scottish rules ?? Might treat my self to half a dozen Guinness tonight seeing as I don’t have to drive tomorrow. Happy days.

This will be a bloodbath by the weekend. Not so sure Putin is ready to look for a way out yet. Giving Ukraine a real doing whilst the world looks on is him saying ‘you’ll do nuttin’…, and he’s right, we have no appetite for a third world war. Hopefully politically and economically he’ll set Russia back decades. In the end I think the only solution for Russia, comes from within Russia.

I thought Catterall did enough first half of the fight to edge it, but I think Taylor fought the wrong fight. Trying to land first and getting easily countered handed rounds to Catterall early on. Question mark over his corner’s tactics and Ben Davison? Taylor was the aggressor for the most part imho, which I favour, and so I didn’t see it maybe as wide as some have, but Catterall should still have got the decision.

I won’t buy it, but will try and get it on a snide stream. Point of principle, I already pay for Sky and would only really pay extra for a decent quality world title fight. Anything else is a liberty imo. I love a bit of ‘hype’ in the build up to a genuine big fight, but we’ve seen this saturation ‘gloves are off’ shite too often now from Sky. I had my fill of the hyped up PPV piss-taking down the years with guff like Bellew v Haye. Not my thread, but I’d say any non-native cat bigger than a domestic moggy would qualify. Definitely a species which I’d expect would thrive here, but I’ve never seen any evidence they’re here.

Sure there’s a law coming which will require proof of age to access porn sites in the UK. Not sure how/if it will work. Hope it does though, kids shouldn’t have access to hardcore porn. How the fcuk we ever allowed this in the first place is beyond me.
