  1. I'd rather be out in harsh weather and get two than not go and get none! Although I've not done much of anything lately so that's easy for me to say!!
  2. Just an update, gave them a call and was told by a very helpful lady that it is still under warranty and as long as I haven't tampered with it or blown it by overfilling, then they will do the work for free and while I wait because I'm taking it in not posting,so going next weekend when I have the time,I'll let you know after I've been...
  3. Looks like I'll give them a call then thanks,I didn't know about the warranty but have heard they are fantastic people to deal with, although I did by it used so maybe I'll be forking out for it but either way it needs doing it is becoming a pain not holding pressure!
  4. Hi all just want to quickly pick the brains of anyone with experience of these,it started to leak from the fill probe and loses pressure from around 160 bar to less around 100 in probably an hour or so then goes down to less than 50 over the next day or so,is this something I could look at myself or is it a back to a and m job? I have tried ringing them but never got through so thought I'd see what people think,

  12. Used to be up and out early a few years ago but find myself going that little bit later now,I too enjoy being out and find myself not worrying about getting big numbers just so long as I'm getting out...

  14. From the look of that graph I'd stick with .22 and be £50 better off!
  15. Aside from being bested by basil brush it sounds a good trip out with some good shooting to be pleased with and maybe next time shoot them closer and get there first!
  16. That's a good bag for less than an hour,I'd need seven hours to bag one the way my last few outings have gone!
  17. Looks like a S.W.A.T pump action! But it clearly did the trick, nice bit of meat for a pie there...
  18. Sounds like a good session and you chose a good spot, those 97's are a fine tool!
  19. My friend had one briefly in .22 and although I never hunted with it it seemed very capable when we were shooting targets in a wood one afternoon.
  20. I prefer springers myself although at present I only have a PCP,I'll be looking to get a decent springer sometime soon, looks like I'll be having a tinker as well at some point!

  23. Interest in read that,do you prefer shooting a springer yourself mac? After reading some of your posts it seems you have access to a few guns (spring and pcp) and shoot quite regularly so just wondered which you pick up out the cabinet most and which by preference?
  24. With all those rabbits the ferret should have been as happy as a pig in mud,but a nip is nothing compared to carrying all that back to the car!
