    Topped my HW 100 to just under 200 bar pressure and went shooting. I was presented with one shot only and got one rabbit. My question is - does it harm the rifle if i store it fully charged for a while ?

    Couldn`t decide wether to take the T-Rex or the HW 100 kt - both .177.So i checked the T-Rex zero, in my garden as i have not been to the range with her yet. If rested she is actually giving my 100 a close fight at 35 yds,- within a 5p "just". The HW 100 KT on a bipod and range zeroed,- within a 5p all day.So i decided i had better take the HW 100 kt as she is set to strike a match at 35 yds. The garden centre owner said he is having rabbits causing damage and sees them around a lot and burrowing under the toilet blocks. Erie a silent garden centre

    Advice please, Whenever i have wanted to sight in my scope/ rifle to hung weighted line/small level, i have just grabbed what is available at the range on the night (not too good). Dont get me wrong, my rifles are spot on "period" but i would rather go to the range prepared . Guys can you please recommend a good bench rest for sighting in please and from whom to order from,i want a precise level on the rifle first, then the same on the scope.(i am fully aware of the sports match level) " Thank

    I only ever use sports match singles on both PCP`s and springers but i make good use of the arrester pin with the T- Rex. I have never had scope creep over the years with sports match mounts.

    Went to the rabbit field that i am watching over tonight with the bino`s ( no gun) and noticed they are all tight to the fence for over 800 yds, all juveniles. Magpies are flighty and on edge, woodies seemed a little sedated. Hot, very humid and overcast

    Well if that`s the case Rez you are in for a shock, the HW 100 off a bipod is the most lethal air rifle i have ever used by a country mile, she is lethal off the bi pod . I`m looking forward to your thoughts on this combination, - you will not be disappointed .

    You can see why i love the 100`s Rez . I can fully understand your reluctance to shoot the Doe rabbit but, well, i suppose it has to be done.( doesn`t wash well with me either). Have you considered a bipod for her ? Shooting by the way

    If my mate wasn't as low on ferret food as he is and my freezer wasn't full I would of defo saved the woodie to go in the freezer but my mate makes a mean bunny stew so the rabbits go to him or like I say if he's low on food for the ferrets I just give him it See what happens lads when you shoot the HW 100`s - your freezer gets "FULL" , and ditto with mine.

    Shooting Bunny Apart from the corvids will you pot the rest ? I always freeze a few corvids and bunny leftovers to use for very effective decoying again. atb

    Making a natural hide(s) and then maintaining it is a must have. Concealment,camo` and patience is very rewarding (fieldcraft). good luck !

    Well the brand new shiney Air Arms TX 200 HC (.177) got a mamba lite 3-12 x44 scb scope and sports match (medium) mounts (with arrestor ) added.tonight. Took her into the garden and zeroed to pellet upon pellet within 10 minutes. I thought a FWB Sport was accurate but this T Rex is "awesome"- she is right in there with my 100`s, i am gobsmacked with this springers accuracy ! A big "thank you" Davy t63 for your advice on the scope combination, so, so accurate . " Very impressed" Chuffed my springer accuracy is
