    Hi there BGY great rifle you mention , the FWB SPORT IS A PERSONAL FAVOURITE OF MINE, but there again so is the 77, mate go for whichever fits you best and you shoot best with the 97 is also a firm favourite of mine - oh well, HERE`S MY 97 AT WORK. My recommendation would lean towards the 97 - simply because of spares and repairs ,once tuned they are utterly superb but so are the others . your choice sir? both the. mk2 77 and mk1 124 are right up there with the very best , don't forget the best fit -for you. b H

    my son of 28yrs old and his mates are all in Australia working the same jobs - electricians -same site work same hours nowhere near the same tax on twice the money in wages their money buys twice as much property prices are high though, as is rental prices

    Hi Sarah , train the dog yourself , for starters th bond you two will build together will be unbreakable - I trained my GSP myself, I went out and bought a few training dvd`s and now he's first class ,to me on air rifle work as ell as shotguns

    HiPhil have a toot at the Brocock contour super6 rifle I`ve been using the single shot version- deadly little rifles mate this rifle has really put some food on the table great pest control gun too.

    Its a long time ago now but if I remember correctly the traveller lads always wanted collie lurcher 1st cross- outstanding dogs they were, very clever indeed.-best wishes buddy.

    Collie lurcher - clever is not the word for these dogs , I` d have one as a gun dog any day of the week, however a German short haired pointer is a marvelous airgun hunters dog, a total all rounder of a dog , bar , coursing mind. I` ve seen collie lurchers turn their nose up at certain situations in coursing because they knew what to expect from the run they were about to take on they are annoyingly clever dogs at times, I have seen this many times they will actually refuse the chase , I was once great friends with some traveller lads, boy they new their lurcher dogs, the best lurcher I ever o

    fond memories of the Diana G80,my ol shooting partner of some 45 plus years ago had one, I had the BSA Mercury. I always remember the build quality of Steve`s G80, IT REALLY WAS EXCELLENT, My mercury beat it hands down in th power stakes only. I would personally get that serviced by a good gunsmiths I am no gunsmith. good luck mate ,you have a fine classic there. atb. Mark.

    Hi EChe`ll sit by my side motionless all day although he will whimper very quietly to let me know he has spotted a presentation if I haven't once he's alerted me he locks onto the presentation and will only ever retrieve if commanded to. shooting from natural hides is the usual method.
