Three of us sitting in highseats waiting for deer , still early I had a pair in front of my seat and shot one , one of the other lads shot two walking to the seat and one just after getting up in it and the other lad never shot any ( he had deer in the next field ) but see 7 .The Shoot has had a year off so haven’t been on the job , we have not really bothered because we are more concerned in culling the deer ..There are loads about . -

The seas around here have enough pollution now ,without dumping more shite in them , they should be put to good use , fuel for the power station , I know there would be a bit of black smoke but that’s better than polluting the sea .Complete trash to a man ..they may well,have thrown there lives away but they have ruined plenty of others that had little choice in the matter ..

Hardly touches them .. after a morning out and shooting four as we left the estate these walked out ...today (Monday ) we shot three and as we left in the same field in exactly the same place there was 60 + ...edited to say this is one of two fields we can’t shoot because of horses ..and I’m sure the deer know it !

Nice first post ! ..if only life was this easy ...I take it you are young or completely inexperienced ..there is on the forum advise about getting permission , no where in it is someone gifting it to you .. have a read , take it in , and get to work ..good luck . -

Done a few skulls , problem now is you can’t buy strong hydrogen peroxide unless your licensed thanks to our friends that keep using it to blow things up !

Cheeky ba5tard ....?.... When I think back to all the machines, breakers , guns etc we used to use with no earring protection it’s no wonder we are deaf ..at 66 I’d give up the working knob to have working ears ..I’d certainly use the ears more ..

66 ..it takes me a good hour to get all the moving bits working in unison.. Honda have replaced my failing muscles, Swarovski my failing eyes , deaf as a post but me knob still works ...?

The doe season in Scotland runs from Oct 21 through to March 31 ...nothing to stop you shooting today or Christmas Day as far as I know ..crack on . edited to say the deer don’t know it’s New Year’s Day ..
