It's a shame you've let them die out mate I'd of been interested in a few of them hens. Sorry to hear you've been forced out of keeping birds too. I'm having another bas at it next year, hoping to produce my first hybrids too.
Out of interest how is your dog bred?Not a clue to be totally honest I know a few of the dogs involved but basically he's lurcher to lurcher I have paperwork showing his ancestry he has some sires on both sides I think they are the old bloodline ?
He looks like my bearded half cross and he's an absolute pain in the arse that's why I asked.
If I was you mate I'd get half a dozen or so latebred squeakers off someone and get them settled and flying to practice your pigeon keeping and feeding etc with rather than jumping in at the deep end. They say latebreds are no good for racing but you can breed off them and race their young once your ready to try racing.
My old dog was 6 month when I got him and the lad I got him off had done a great job rearing him up to then and he was exactly as described when I went, have a walk out with the pup and see.
