    A mate of mine bred a lot of gouldians and other finches and used bengalese finches to rear a lot of their eggs but that was only to get more clutches out of them.

    I've been nipped by a couple of smaller snakes like corns and royals but the scariest bite I had was off my first tarantula when I was a kid, I froze until my mum rescued me and knocked it off my hand ? I had a cobalt blue tarantula run up some forceps and my hand once too and I shit my kecks. Fast them bad tempered little feckers.

    Bought 2 pairs of this lady....as described and really impressed with them.....bit of dubbin and flake the soles of them....http://www.ebay.ie/ulk/itm/182807514746 Same lady mate , mine came clean and polished I was well pleased with them . Proper value for money Mine were off her too and I think they'd only been worn for 5 minute.

    Thought so. Is that not still classed as a Mule or because they are closer genetically they are Hybred? Forgive my ignorance I have never kept birds, I just feed the little critters. I suppose it is a mule and a canary cross which people call mules are hybrids too. I don't know why one types called a mule and the others are hybrids.

    Goldfinch and linnet. Linnets are notoriously scatty but she is nice and steady so I'm confident she'll nest in a cage.

    I'm having another go with the little birds next year, quality over quantity though so only doing a couple of pairs. I've bred mules so now I'm going to try for hybrids.

    The bold. Peaky blinders bar across the road is ok. Since the kids came along I rarely go out round town now so not sure where to recommend. If you want to see geese though go to Martin mere.Is that Chinese restaraunt still on Lord st? The one that was upstairs.I've not seen that one mate?
