    Think you'll be lucky with all that Dan. Coursing dogs in this country are for Hares (which is now illegal). Is that the quarry that you are wanting to hunt? Still lots of good coursing blood about, if that's what you're after. Good luck with your search.

    What ever way you cook it the day after is better. Or just let it cool then reheat.

    Cook meat until it starts to tenderise. Remove meat from stock and let cool and remove meat from bones. Place meat back into stock, bring back to boil, add veg and cook until meat is tender. I do mine like this cause I like a bit of bite in my veggies and my lot are a bit picky around bones. Neck is one of my favs, especially in stews.

    I'd get that dog hunting for you Two weeks. Just noticed, you can have it hunting yourself if you've got some gear to put in front if it. get it weight down a bit, get it on the raw, feed it a few herbivores and Bobs ya Muvva's Bruva. If you got to feed it and pick up its shite, it may as well join in. The very least it's gonna be is a wicket keeper.

    My brother had one in the mid eighties, built like a Rottie and acted like one. He was out of Shutzlund type parents and was pretty drivey as I remember. A nuisance in a flat, had to be rehomed when it matured Wouldn't have thought to use one in a running dog, but why not, a decent one would clever enough. Does it find/catch owt? Nice type, good luck wid him op.

    You missed out an abundance of slim and beautiful women. Really? I didn't see that many. In fact if you are young a beautiful, you are looking to leave. You may be ok for crumpet in Budapest, but rurally you ain't even getting a conversation. May be in the tourist locations.

    Been to Hungary a few times recently, my friend has bought a place out there. You are welcome as long as you try and integrate, same as any where really. Very poor country, no/little exports. Wine and sunflower oil. No takeaways as such, for obvious reasons (Pizza is fairly common). Clean streets. Seem a proud nation as far as I could see. Water parks/spa's are big (thermal energy business). Zero drink driving law! Only wildlife other than birds I have seen so far, Fox and Deer (Roe?). Goulash, farmed rabbit, fresh water fish and various greasy takeaway dishes are the foods that I know of.

    Lamping is an intense form of hunting. All that's in front of your dog is the prey and its bound to get excited. As said limit the sessions you do with a pup of 10 months, as hard as it is.
