    . Depends what you would class as an alrounder. As most lurcher work is rabbiting I feel that a bull x would not fall into that category unless you like your meat minced! Would have thought a collie x would suit better just mo not all bull x mince rabbits .....you be surprised some of the gamest dogs bring rabbits back alive ,plus were talking about all rounder here and not rabbiter even if were talking in past tense as in pre ban....I class an all rounder as a dog that takes most game if not all not a rabbit dog you asked me these 2 questions on a thread a while ago. 1. is your dog

    vice versa aswell. theres also the dogs that get slagged of by lads that are decent enough dogs aswell.

    theres a butcher local to me who has had to stop hanging whole hares outside his shop because of multiple complaints. there fine with the pheasants and rabbits but not the hares. the worlds going fecking crazy.

    Did you ever make throwing arrows them things were bloody lethal. made loads of them when i was a kid out of hazel stick and cereal boxes. use to spend ages hunting round for fencing staples in my mates dads farm outbuildings, when we got some we would straighten them out and put them into a already sharpened end of a throw and arrow.

    if i was you i would take him straight to the vets mate, he will need Xrays antibiotics and a couple of days/nights stay for them to diagnose the problem.

    ive had better seasons but you have to take the rough with the smooth. the rabbits have had some bad weather to contend with over the last couple of years with that wet summer a couple of years back and now this wet winter. its bound to have a effect on them, they have got enough to contend with as it is.

    yes mate it can be brought over the counter i use milbemax and drontal mate take it turns drontal one time milbemax the other. if memory serves me right i think milbemax don't do tapeworm but drontal doe's.

    it will pay to go back to the spot where you lost the dog mate. it might still turn up, a mate of mine lost his dog a couple of seasons ago and i found her 5 days later. as luck had it, i parked the car in the exact same spot it was 5 days previous walked for 3 hours looking for the dog and when i got back to the car she was waiting by the car for me. i had been out on another couple of occasions looking for her but had no luck. but day 5 she appeared there was paw prints all over the wings and doors of the car she must have reconized it and was looking to get in there.

    try a member off here called bird mate hes got a genuine first cross collie/grey thats done abit of work. i am sure he would let you use him if you wanted to.
