My dad wasn't around all the time when I was a kid, but no way would my mum let manners and respect for my elders etc slip.. Opening doors for woman, giving up your seat for woman or elders, and the dead simple things like shaking a hand properly, please, thank you... Even hello, which seems missing in some kids today... A mate of mine stuck a cut out pic of Joseph Fritzl over his face in his wedding photo that hung in his front room, it was there for a month or more before his missus noticed, she wasn't best pleased.. especially as she runs a small child minding business from home, perspective customers coming to house visit may be slightly put off by Fritzl looking after their kids I suppose

Where is it right or wrong on what animal we should or should not kill then ? Surely as animals become endangered protection is needed, From a turtle dove to a blue whale or tiger, some animals need human protection from other humans... I'm no animal rights type, but I do love wildlife, I'm as happy sat watching it as killing it a lot of the time..

Turtle doves are high on the hit list, I think they said they are down by 95% from the 70's as visitors to this côuntry.. So education is key, And your right, most on here would go mad if they saw someone shooting songbirds in this country... f**k me you've only got to catch a rabbit in may and your scum of the earth lol

Heard this earlier mate, Chris packham is a cock.... But... The birds being killed are migrating birds who are migrating to breed, some are getting very rare visitors to countries like Britain.. I don't think it is our job to get involved, but these are not killed for the pot, and tradition is one thing but continued killing of certain species of migratory birds are putting there numbers under strain, is that right? We all enjoy hunting, this just seems a bit of a needless slaughter to me personally, the birds are looking for a place to rest on route and met by thousands of guns...

Are we to believe then that his plans were never discussed with Fergie ?......that he got his foot in the door and then started chopping and changing with no input from Fergie at all ?.............I think Fergie fell into this " working class Glasgow roots " stuff and saw Moyes as a re - run of himself..........Fergie was as big as the club itself hence why they took his word to the bank.....and he was wrong !..........im just curious as to whether that would leave a stain on his reputation in fans eyes. I think the idea was Moyes would carry on where Fergie left off, keep it nice and steady so to speak....... well that never quite happened, in he went and out went everyone else .... the side needed a bit of a revamp, the club didn't... Fergie had the set up in place, this would always be a tough year, but to not compete at any level just is not good enough for a club who compete every year ( forget winning for a bit, but to roll over so many times in one season)... So your new man comes in, out goes the backroom staff Moyes has put together, and UTD start again..... Stewies right (

Good post mate, can't disagree with any of that. Time for an overhaul, whoever comes in is going to be trusted with a huge kitty, and they have to make the right signings, UTD need pace back in the side, (Janzaja will hopefully step up another level next season), at the moment everything is so 1 paced, no penetration Valencia, nani, evra, vidic (unfortunately), Ferdinand, Fellaini, Carrick, cleverly... all need to be replaced... not sure how you fit Mata, Rooney and RVP into the side, but can't see RVP selling for much now after another season of injuries, so as he's a proven goal score

Come on now Wilf, surely there's a commandment for gloating, or smugness.. Or generally kicking a man when he's down, this is a time for empathy for your fellow man... Even if they are UTD fans... Very good post mate, I'm not religious, but wouldn't decry those who are... Each to their own in my book.. But living by a certain code of principles and morals can only be a good thing, if they are written in a couple of thousand year old book, does it matter?... I don't think you have to fully buy into religion to still live your life the right way, that's what the majority of people do anyway....

Just got back from one, fished the pole up against an island and got smashed up by carp lol, had size 14 pellet hook straightened out, mind you the carp lads never hooked f**k all lol Ended up with about 8lb of nice roach and 1 carp, Old habits, as soon as I bumped a good roach on the carp rig, out came the waggler rod and fished caster and maggots, enjoyed it tbh... How do you get on mate...?

Grass has been cut and full on a fry up eaten, fishing gear strewn all over the garden to sort ready for tomorrow early morning. No argument from me mate, the point I was making is everyone knows they are weak in areas, but there are a players in the club who should be standing up to it now ( jones, Smalling, etc).. I think janzaja has shown enough potential this year to be an exiting prospect... Scholes hasn't been replaced ( impossible lol), and the centre of the park is weak, Fellainis been a flop so far..
