I never drink at home, unless we have people round, family friends etc.. I love getting together with mates, family in the pub, or house it's all about the socialising for me and not the drink ( although I'll have a drink ok lol)... I would rather a cuppa at home when it's just me the missus and kids, just having a drink for drinks sake holds no appeal... Each to their own though

That modric is a great little player, rarely gives the ball away and always tries to play penetrating football, must be a joy for him to have 2 outlets like bale and Ronaldo, Gnasher Bale is playing alongside the player he's going to become if he keeps going in the right direction.... Unbelievable pace on the lad I just can't believe how many goals Ronaldo scores every year, head, left foot, right foot diesnt matter, he is the complete player IMO...

i saw a seagull in dawlish take half a steak pie out of some fellas hand then come back for ice cream for pudding.... Fin lost an ice cream to a seagull in Dawlish. Lol He also had a ham sandwhich snatched by one at Paignton Zoo, he's not a big lover of seagulls lol

If it was the choice between some Jonny come lately manager or a dude like Giggs who has played at the level he has, won what he has won and played with and against the players and teams he has then I personally wouldn't think twice about trusting him with the money........nobody top level players more than other top level players. With Scholes in the mix as well, a bloke who to me was everything a professional should be, I don't see how it can be better. Before Moyes came in, I questioned if Solskjaer would get the job with coaching from Giggs, Scholes and Gary Neville.. It seemed like he had been groomed for the job first in the club then off it's Molde to get a bit more experience... My heart would love to see a management set up made up of the old "class of 92"... Was on a school trip up in the Yorkshire dales, and I watched this mother weasel taking her young through a cattle grid, I'm there get all exited about it, my mates are saying, Kev your a geek lol.. Possibly mark lol.. He's just turned 35, always loved bikes but mainly off road, never really been my thing sonce we were kids messing on them, got to be honest though I was a tad jealous when he rolled up on that beast lol..

Brother brought his new bike round this morning, I had my first pillion ride on it... And a little ride on my own.. I'm not a bike man but this thing shifts, had my ass clutching the seat a couple if times lol..

Met some good lads off here, some I've spent a lot of time hunting with since, Plus the fishing comp last year was a real success, raised good money, great Craic and met people I'm looking forward to seeing again... I find myself reading sections I know nothing about now, can't make any input but enjoy the read... The lurcher section is pretty much dead now though, what more can be said?, apart from the odd thread from over seas.. People are still on here having a yap, so it won't all bad...

Got to agree mate, I've said a few times, it's a business, a huge business, they've got to attract top players, and compete every year, That's not me being a muggy fan, oh we've won nothing, how sad,shit... That's the reality at a club the size of UTD.. As good as man city, Chelsea etc sides may be, they are not the juggernaut by of UTD.... Liverpool on the other hand will attract similar world wise interest, if the branding is right in the next few years, they have the history and are now putting together the side...

One of the most simple yet important things a man could teach his son when we was young.....yet now it seems to mean nothing i think theres nothing worse than a limp wristed handshake from a man looking at the floor............i was a bit of a f**k up as a parent but when my boy shakes your hand you,ll know you cant take liberties with him....i can still see us now practising in the front room....he was only 3 My dad was the same mate, grip his hand and look him in the eye... It's funny how even now I don't trust a bloke who can't shake my hand properly...
