Also my generation pays more to live, can't buy houses, can't get any finance/mortgage and many can't get jobs. So sorry if I don't shed a tear for your plight of being a manual worker who pays tax. If its really about that, no offence but manual work doesn't generally pay as well, so you probably won't have paid as much in those 50 years as someone on a decent salary pays in 5. Sor -

not everyone wants to earn money you f*****g tosser I think he is referring to the 'quick sale' part, implying the guy doesn't seem to care what kind of home his companion of 3 years goes to. I don't think anyone would argue this dog needs to be more expensive! It just needs a good home, and one way of avoiding this is to rush.

doesn't bill oddie live in central london? his idea of the countryside is the local park, or out with a film crew in a staged setting. The reason I mentioned this is because it was the first time I have been properly shocked by something on TV. Did anyone else actually watch it? There was a part where this woman was telling the story of how her husband was de-limbed by a machete, before being disembowelled, and his heart was cut out before he died. She then said they forced her to eat his penis, and was then raped by 11 men. Its the sickest thing I have heard, and she spoke like someone who was clearly destroyed inside. Anybody else watch this? What do you think? Every time I watch a documentary about Africa I can't help feeling that they, and the world, would be better off if Europe took control of the whole continent.

honey badgers are tough b*****ds, but setting a couple of pbt on one doesn't seem like hunting I would love to catch magpies with a sparrow hawk, or perhaps any small bird with a male american kestrel. But I would settle for a good bit of squirrel shooting with air rifles.

the owner sounds like a nob, but don't take it out on the dog. Even if I was in the wrong to begin with, if someone poisoned a dog of mine or was unnecessarily violent I would get revenge. If my dog was bitten it would be the other dogs owner I would deal with, I wouldn't sneak over and kick his pet?? The way a lot of you people think is scary, how can you claim to be 'dog people' then say you would kick a dog to death because of its owner??

I don't think its a big deal to throw a bag of dog shit in a bin. If you do, why the f**k do you own dogs? The only pet renowned for doing its morning number 2 in a place you have to pick it up? But if like me, you will do it when you have to, but don't like carrying the bag after then just get in a routine where your dog always shits where you want it. At whatever point on your walk is a good place to poo (a church for example), hang about until your dog lays one and reward it. Keep at it and they learn the routine, or at least my rottie did...very quick too.

Why is it 'fact' that a woman's life is worth more than a mans? There seems to be a bit of a grey area in society when what is traditionally the done thing, ie holding a door for a woman can now be classed as sexist. I say this as I will hold a door for anyone, I don't check if they have a bra on first. So I held a door without thinking about it and got an ear full because "I don't need a MAN to hold a door for me". I don't really have a point except that how different people see a situation is based on a lot more than logic and fact. It's about awareness, feminist want society to be aware of

Here's what I kept my chuckwallas before I had to re-home them Reptile forum thread. Something like this is too small for dragons imo but perfect for things like geckos or smaller snakes. I still have it and everything you would need, and the lighting is good enough for any purpose and isn't just 'on' or 'off' you can make it cooler at night.

You WILL need a heat mat/lamp (preferably lamp, it's more natural). Reptiles will not adapt to a warm house . My first reptile was a leopard gecko and he only died recently after 15 years, and I got him as an adult. So you really need to be thinking long term with many reptiles. They make great first lizards and don't need quite as much space as a bearded. But if you have the cash I would go for a pair/group of chuckwallas, they are the last reptile I kept and are much the same as bearded dragons but a bit more interesting. They are also 100% vegetarian so no crickets to worry about. Good luc

I really like caesar milan, but his books are better than what you see on tv. I think if people raised a pup the way he says to the letter, then they will probably end up with a good dog. He is certainly the best 'dog behaviourist' I have seen on tv, I get very frustrated watching that bitch from 'its me or the dog'. But I agree with what people have said about him making some dogs completely back down instead of submit.

I would love a zombie apocalype. The first thing I would do is smash my way in to a gun shop before it got too bad and get stocked up. I don't know where I would go, I would like to think it would be like 'zombie land' and I could roam around cracking skulls.

I think it probably is normal. Most of these cases probably happen all the time and would never make the news. It's like anything else in the media (eg the fox that bit those kids), it happens once so then all the other stories get reported and everyone thinks its something new. What is more likely, that either this is normal, it's normal but coincidentally many cases have happened recently....or some other theory like a virus?

I don't think my mate would be able to take them, he can't risk his kids, but I will ask around to see if anyone can take them. I could offer a temporary home but I own a male rottweiler and I can't see them getting along so they would need to be split up, so I couldn't do it for long. But if it stops them being PTS then pm me and I will see what I can do

the media really works on you guys doesn't it The fox attack WAS very very rare, everyone knows that. People have been feeding wild animals for thousands of years, where do you think dogs came from? Telling people to stop feeding foxes because of the incredibly unlikely event it might bite a baby is about as logical as not letting your kids walk to school without a life jacket in case it floods. I think having a pet fox is pretty cool, but i don't know how hard it is to tame a 'wild' fox. The term 'wild' can change a lot, I have an aunt and uncle who have foxes living in their shed. I don't

What are the dogs temperament like? I know someone who has been looking to get a dogue de bordeaux for a while but has a young child so is the owner available to answer questions? I am 90% sure he will only be wanting the one too...but its better than them both being pts.

I would hate living in a muslim country, and it seems there are some muslims who hate living here. Or maybe just the people who live here, but either way why do they force this on themselves? Why bother staying here if they are so full of hate for us
