  1. They had armed officers there which is why he was killed so fast? The policeman killed wasn't armed though. He had to wait for backup, which can be too long when you're being knifed by a deranged wog. I'm sure if he had his own gun he'd be alive now. spot on even the police as said on the programs after, it wasn't if it happens, its when it happens to be ready / and with this threat of terrorism that's happening in our country now , the cops have got to be more ready to deal with it , and killing them with guns is far better than any more innocent people dyi

  3. fair point Roy regards 1xs when we spoke before as you said it always risk with straight 1x what ever the breed , as you never really what pup will from each parent of there different breeding , but suppose as well with lurcher x lurcher just say 4 breeds are in there , you still got the same problem regards what genes they pick up with more in there. i think ive been lucky with my 2 dogs, as both are 1xs as you know , both are good at catching rabbits , not bad wind and both have fair pace for 1xs, and Buck deff more of a alrounder than Bryn is. So from these 2 dogs,a

  5. I got my old 1st x dog off the classifieds on here a good few years ago.. has been a good dog and it paid off..the odd surplus pups bred from good stock do show up from time to time.. My Current pup was bred from a 22" working farm collie bitch put to a 28"greyhound..so am quite optimistic for the future.. was also from classifieds but not on here... Just have to keep your eyes peeled and maybe be prepared to travel a bit.. Your new pups breeding sounds the way forward regarding a collie cross greyhound ,the working collie used should benefit the cross immensely .. Hancocks dogs are bred
  6. and doing great by the sound of it, my 2 go mad for them tree rats lol, think there prefer them to rabbits lol i love going in the woods with dogs looking for them great crack , but we dont get many only the odd one haha .
  7. spot on , i see few people on my dog walks with designer type dogs cockerpoos and labpoos , the dogs are ok actually look quite fit , but when i tell them that both my dogs are x breeds , and only cost 40 odd £quid each , and there dogs cost £ 800-1000 quid, they fooked what to say . ive told them get a mongrel /cross breed from the pound just as healthy as what they got, and only cost £ 50 quid , but your right they dont listen they soft in the head lol they rather spend soft money on the same type dog a (x breed ) I'd better strongly that the staffy is the mos
  8. thats it mate, you wouldn't stand in front bonfire ,and sucking all that shit down your lungs , lungs were made to inhale fresh air and nothing else keep of them coffin nails
  9. when there more than 2 breeds in a dog, it anybody's guess what the pup will go to, ?? lol the dog could have similar temp to a saluki, and speed/stamina from they grey, even though it looks like the gsd in appearance , the only thing you will get is lighter boned dog than a norm gsd x grey , unless you drop to 1/4 gsd 3/4 grey then get similar size and bone to the above with more running dog in it .

  11. Prob wilf , what happened before they still be trying to kill each other . dont know why the protestants did'nt just leave and come to england , where they prob be more welcome than living there . i wouldn't want to stay in any country with that much hatred there, what chance have the kids got living in a place like that , with whats put in front of them dont think we should have gone in there , let them self run it , just let the police keep law/order there
  12. maybe desertbred knows , vid was ok , or somebody in the breed or knows what salukis went into the coursing dogs .?
  13. didn't know that , i stopped 25 years ago, best thing i ever did , i did have kick in the balls though , regards this stopping smoke, because even though its been along while , it still scared my lungs i was told , i smoked back then 15 years about 10-20 day. so it was shock what the doc said to me, but if i hadnt stopped 25 years , god knows what state my lungs would be in today
  14. spot on that, tough old dog them springers are .When i done bit of beating ,used love watching them work deff a alounder type gundog regards old charlie , dogs just seem to know what they are with look/smell , they know they got teeth on them, my big dog very soft on rabbits and few birds off him all good condition ,and he the same regards other dogs he don't like trouble, but them red buggers he like crocodile on them lol.
  15. it must have worked as the dogs are soft mouth on rabbits, feet/skin.ears/ off , the rest all raw they eat , same with anything, sheep, venison , etc once it skinned, gutted, and cut up , what ever it is , it just meat to a dog
  16. yeh i thought that Ken, never seen a pure black springer , maybe it a cocker x springer something like that , just had another look lol, and it must be a big cocker then . what do you think ?
  17. nice vid, was the black dog a springer or a cocker ?
  18. I think we have managed to sit in our laurels with that for too long though mate, like a striker we can't live off past glories although we deserve credit for them all the same. We can't forget that other people have been doing stuff well for a long time too and have maintained a nice country not whored themselves out to every tom, dick and Harry. I watched a thing last night that made me think about that, a farmer in Norway (population about 5 million) and his farm had been in the family for 1200 (yes that's 12 HUNDRED!!) years !! Now that's retaining your history ! oi oi oi hang abou
  19. + 2 , sad to read Keith, but you did right for her, even though it hard thing to do . you always have your memories of her , and at least you got your young dog to take out, it might take your mind of it a bit, it raw at moment , but it will ease up a bit in time, your young dog will miss her as well , my 2 are kenneled together , they deff get a bond with each other, maybe get her a mate when you feel up to it
