was thinking then, wonder what they use as the dam regards pit x grey, as the pups are going to have large heads. maybe pit bitch would pass them easier then a greyhound bitch, as the pit hips/pelvis going to wider than greyhound bitch. never bred lurchers me self, but bred few bull breeds, and bullmastiffs etc, had no probs with there pups, and some dog pups had good size heads on them .

You would lose everything including the car and dogs but , if you went home 1st drop the dog off and lamp, then picked the rabbits latter, and you was only walking on the public path, you done nothing wrong have you, if asked where did you get them, you found them by the edge , and this does happen few times a rabbit or bird been hit, but not killed and its made it way there and you if you just carry one of them powerful torches , nothing wrong with that, lot of people carry them at night just taking these dogs out, dont for get it dark at 4pm in the winter , i ve met few dog walke

spot on that, i wouldn't worry about chasing a ball,dummy etc , as not all lurchers want to run anything other than a live animal . Here a example , my 2 dogs both 1xs one collie x grey, other gsd x grey, the collie x grey, love to chase a ball and dummy, and not bad retriever on rabbits .Now the gsd x grey never shown any interest on a ball or a dummy , think he only ever had 3 -4 retrieves on the above in his 4 1/2 years. But he is the better retriever , and he is more full on with his quarry , alot more than the collie x ever was . ive had 3 bullxs before and none were that bother

spot on i feed 1lb raw mince chicken and 3-5 small cups of dry meal (burgess active dog) 24% protein , and the dogs are in great shape . i f work the younger dog Buck i just increase the amount 1 1/2 lb chicken and 2 more small cups dry .

spot on paul , plenty of lads would use for what she likes lol. as long as you could get her back to you, after she run one thats the main thing. i get this all the while with my 2 dogs, they will go after the deer = munchak . where i go there few in the woods, only yesterday they were after them, old Bryn was away for 5 mins, but Buck bloody near 15 mins, he comes back blood on his face , cuts and rips on face from thick brambles . they love it lol what i do is stay in one spot and just call them back, they will come back, once they know the place/ routes , just wait for them. the wor

well you could change her diet , but that could make her more loose, if i was you feed her boiled chicken + rice , this will help her guts, and feed her on this with just a bit of dry meal. then once she goes solid , cut back the boiled rice. i fed my lurchers for years on raw chicken and dry meal, and never any probs, but thats something you could build up to later , just boil the chicken for now .Regards the dog shitting in the house, you say you only had it a week, was it a kennel dog before ?. if you want it in your house, put it in a crate =cage , because it a small area it wont sit
