Met police chief locked himself inside car while officer was stabbed
bird replied to Lid's topic in General Talk
100% mate, should ran the car into him and bust him up, you never know it might have saved the other coppers life who got stabbed . he had no gun or stab jackets , and the others were the same, ok so he should have used the car as a weapon and stopped the attack . -
he beat Aj your right , he stop him on points , but wilder no way , i was watching his knockouts , fook me he can bang a bit , he crap fighter , but reckless and runs at'um arms every where lol , just one bomb of him fury go down no prob, it very dangerous fight if wilder wants the fight, it could end in rematch just sell more tickets with fury the winner on points, but next fight fury get sparked out deff.
-
yeh i getting my doubts as well , ok you got to sell a fight, you want to get the best payday you can for both fighters , what is it about 6 weeks away, that long enough for something to stop it in its tracks. i do think if fury does pull out in the fight for what ever reason , he should walk a way from the game, and let Aj fight wilder in April , and i think this be Aj 1st defeat next year , from what he showed in that last fight for 6 rounds , wilder KO him early rounds .!! but i hope i am wrong on both accounts, that fury fights in dec , and Aj dont loose .

no not lieing , but prob miss informed , dogs dont get colds/flu like we do as humans . dogs have differnt body temp to what we have, so are not susceptible to colds like us , as Aussie whip says might picked bit of kennel cough , i asked my vets years ago if dogs gets colds 2 vets said No , i only towel dogs down when wet in winter to stop stiffness and cramp, not to keep warm , along as they got warm kennel they be ok, mine got heat lamps , but only to stretch out . nothing worse for dogs than than sleeping in rolled up in ball they be stiff next day if they been worked hard night bef

every win 3 points and confidence keep it up , my team Wolves are going great at moment , but still think we got to finish better off at goal , we not putting our chances away .?

deff rub down before running, and rub down after running, if you remember trig , i used to rub Buck down before and after, and used pull and stretch his shoulders and thighs , to loosen them up , it deff helped Buck with shoulder injury he had as pup, it all helps , plus what said on here with adding potassium to his diet , ask max on here regards anything else that might help .
-
how do you do that then ? what do you after take to stop colds and flu etc . iam 66 ive had the jab before , only had aching arm for 4-5 days , not sure if still have it this year .!
-
nice pups them, look nice healthy , and not bad age , bit more easier than starting 8 week old pup off, what will they be just over 1/2 x ?, be good dogs if you got the right work for them and plenty of it .!
-
yeh, 1st you fecked it up running it with another dog , 2nd when you took it lamping , you should have always put it on easy rabbits, (no) longslips , walk up to the bloody things , then drop the dog on'um . ok they all piss off with rabbits at 1st, but once the dog suss you going to keep putting it on rabbits , it bring back , to get the next run !! . i not a lover of saluki xs , but i know what they can offer any lurcher line, i would try to only have a 1/4 at most , it a strong gene water it down a bit, same as herding xs , bullxs 1/4 plenty in any lurcher to catch rabbits, pl

nice little pup , how big were the parents ? was the whippet , a ped whippet , or a none ped racing whippet .? i used to have none ped whippet 20in 20lb , down the track some of the males hit 33 lb 22in , and you deff could see staff in them . i think it good x , as you get some small bulldogs, so put nice male none ped to it, you get nice size fast, agile 20-23in animal .

fair enough mate, if just rabbits there spot on for that job. yeh Trunk over your way in Ireland runs collie x grey x pit x greys and does well with them, i think he told me there only about 1/4 if that collie in them , most running dog and pit , and he said it very hit/miss with them that do that job. my 3/8 c 5/g Blaze i had in the 80s would kill foxes , but missed fair few fecking about with them not going right in thats the thing with herding type xs they got a brain and can think to much about the job at hand ,, that rabbits as well they only catch what they want no

the collie sounds like it could be good dog, working cattle and sheep, it might have tougher temp that normal sheep dog . and if the the pup from the breeding , just used for rabbits day/night , there nothing to touch them for that job . ive had few colliexs over the years they been 3/8 c 5/8 g and my 1x c/g Bryn , and all been spot on for the rabbit job. but if you want to do foxes etc , forget it get another type lurcher, somthing with pit in it . being honest i think theres plenty of lurcher x lurcher out there that do well on rabbits, and will take other quarry as well, carnt s

deff trigg , you put plenty in front of him and Buck mate, ive often thought thats why old Bryn looks good now and fit for a 11 year old dog. your pup charlie should really do well this season with the game you put in front of him , he been coming nice so far .
-
thanks mate , he been good old rabbit dog in his day
-
nice size that ,Bryn 25 in 60 lb and its nice size for rabbits or what ever lol had 100's with him over the years, your should do the same if you put the rabbits in front of him .
-
very nice that , what height is it, looks nice stamp of dog.
-
well done , hard in the day she did well . But not being funny mate, why its 1st rabbit at that age ,? why not give her few runs in the lamp when she was say 8 months old , i couldn't have waited that long for 1st rabbit.all my dogs have been knocking fair few rabbits over 9-10 month they found lamping easy deff . hope she catches few more for you .
-
and very good he was, speaks intelligent , not like some of the other thick prats on there , him from the sun , came over quite well, not like that thick paki woman on there next to mogg
-
haha the last bit getting on her nerves , you should have dropped a fallow in her back garden lol , bet she eat it . a mate of mine mrs not into hunting , but he asked the one day for bit of venison , so took him some fallow round , said it was great he said she soon got it down her, there's lot like them they moan about hunting , but like game meat .!
-
yep fair point , none of my family are into hunting , my parents weren't , neither brothers or sisters, neither is my son. But every one of them eats meat, fish, etc , over the years i taken my lad ferreting, lamping, but he was never really interested he rather play football and still does to day at 31 . they all say the same thing to me as long as a animal killed humane / quick they dont mind , but they could never hunt them selves . Regards Ben Fogle like say , i think he puts good program on and he hunts and killed animals in the new lives in wild , he did in few of the other serie
