    great win against Spain England 3 Spain 2 , we just hung on in last 7 mins of extra time at the end , but they did well. 1st half we were great , 2nd 1/2 Spain came out and pushed vary hard to get a win, hope England can keep this new approach to the game going , in the future games .

    spot on mate , i had little none ped racing bitch whippet 20in 20lb , picked rabbits up easy day/night , and in the day could put few bends into a big rabbit. down the track west mids cannock , they were some males 23in 33-34 lb very full on dogs pile in foxes etc, great at rabbiting , as phil said on here , you deff could see bit of staff in them, if i wanted a whippet , it would be a none ped racing one .

    yep very very lucky people , lead a great life,best food. best gear to where , have great places to visit , all paid by us the tax payer. i do think there baby will deff be a strange looking little thing ginger half cast , bloody hell the mind boggles , my son wife expecting a baby boy in feb , dont think it will turn out like theres , well hope to feck it dont lol , hope it goes ok ,and both mothers have healthy babys and the moms are ok .

    thats fair point , there no doubt about it, as a rabbiting lurcher , collie xs and more so 1x collie x grey are top job , ferreting and not bad in the lamp. my old dog Bryn 1x collie x grey brill rabbit dog , great in the day, and had many 30s in the night . But pre ban if you wanted to step up the game to foxes or big deer, there are not the x, good at what there bred for rabbits . there plenty of lurcher x lurchers out there from proven parents doing the quarry yo may want , thats where i go for a lurcher for them jobs, ive always liked drop pit in a lurcher, mine would do all quarr

    i started out with bull breeds 30 odd years ago bull mastiffs , the staffs and pit weren't guards to friendly , the bull mastiffs were the guards. being honest they were very easy to live with docile , but would guard if stranger came round , dont think they bite but you never know with any big breed what it do. the only reason i got fed up with them was , because of health probs HD shoulder probs not long lived, but over the years ive seen fair few gsds that had similar prob as bull mastffs . well these Bandogs i think would def be differnt type animal, be more healthy and prob more s

    well done trig , it takes some will power to keep going for 2-3 hours when your feckin wet though , and more so if it cold with it , at least you wasnt cold , had many wet/colds nights in the past . your young dog did great that good bag even for older dog did he have bit left in his tank i know you said he got good stamina on him , hope you toweled him down after, it stop cramp for a start , and 2nd help stop with lactic/acid , i always gave Buck good rub down after lamping when finished and when i put him in his kennel .

    true, but i think even with permission , there places on the ground you carnt shoot any game if it near public road etc. even if your couple fields away , you would have to leave the game alone. i remember few years ago on my permission , there was bit of aggro on the ground with ramblers . i didnt shoot on the ground , i just lamped it with my lurcher and walked withdog in the day, there was a bloke who shot it. the one day the ramblers were going over a style next to public route across the field , they were in the right it on the there map, the shooter who had been 2 fields awa

    how do you think galgos do over here on our hares and our ground ? , they look like they have more wind than our greyhounds , but dont think they have the speed of our greyhounds, but i could be wrong .? they prob got better feet on them, than our dogs, but suppose we got good well bred coursing dogs here that got, speed,stamina, and good feet , that why cousing dogs were made and lurchers in the 1st place , get good 1/4 collie or pit, or gsd, x back to 3/4 grey you get not bad wind /pace and good feet , might be bit similar to a galgo regards there ability's .

    28in thats it , his knuckle plates look near finished , most dogs mid-large dogs get the height at 9-10 month old , then another 14 month to fill out . and good x 1/4 collie plenty enough.
