Hands up I've not read every reply, but there are not many shoots that let the guns aim down! Too many issues with beaters!

Go back to the Tuna bait...odds are you may catch me on Camera eating it...Yummy! Baits I use are Dog food/biscuits, as well as wildlife, still favourite with me for fox, both Urban and rural!

Do you think comments like that or your previous will help?

I simply don't get why the Labour party ever let her out. There is more than a suggestion that Corbyn gave her one in years gone by, perhaps she has something over him!
-
Personally, I'm about getting what works...I don't have 2 of anything except .22lr, but one is bolt and the other semi, so they serve different (all be it marginally overlapping) purposes. I'm not a gun collector, ALL my guns are tools, but some people seem to be collectors, that's life, up to them!

Best method for trapping Squirrels

Nothing that goes into them comes out, including fingers, be careful, they are very good! -
Agree! She is a complete liability, so no doubt the Conservative party hopes she has an even longer political career!

Peanut butter, jam, chocolate, cheese, soap, fish etc etc etc for rat, experiment, they have a great nose but no taste buds so they love some weird stuff!

I'm always amazed how these threads get dug up, I'm also amazed it was 10 years or more ago I took davyt63 to Bisley!

If you like the gun/make then why change, I have T3 Lite in .223 and T3 Hunter in .243 (the Hunter has better balance from the off than the Lite). My .308 is a Rem700 stainless. In honesty they ALL perform exceptionally well and no complaints on that front, but I just prefer the Tikkas!

It's an interesting watch, but heavily edited as all "Reality" shows are.

To be fair that looks ok and is well priced but it certainly isn't a BIG LARGE FOX TRAP, tad on the small size I'd say, but for a 1 off job with time on your hands it could be worth a try. The ones I use now are 47 x 47 and much longer, but cheap traps can work, I had reasonable success with these in years gone by! Not very sturdy though and fox destroys then, so I need better these days!

I'm not following this but unless you have permission you have no right to erect or make anything on a Nature Reserve, the Council (or any owner) can't possibly let anyone who wants to just come on and start building their own creations! Why didn't you get permission? I'm sure your actions were well intentioned but I regret to say I see the Councils point of view!

Bet the postman still wears shorts!

Why does any of that follow? We are more likely heading back to the EU to tell them their deal stinks and the British will have non of it! Either get real and talk sensibly or were off without a deal and YOU, (the EU) will be in a worse position than us!

In answer to the OP, it will be until his region are satisfied. 5 years is not a magic number that simply happens, it could be more or less, if the Region has any medical grounds for refusal they don't necessarily just go away at 5 years!

There is a basic problem with this type of app, in simple terms, it will tend to be a guide unless a myriad of parameters are taken into account. As soon as you want it individual and accurate, a LOT of complex software needs to be implemented and updated virtually non stop, that's expensive! Hence the end!

Her Brexit deal is, I think she may just hold on, tomorrow will tell!

Look forward to seeing the pics/vid!

Best method for trapping Squirrels
Deker replied to lampingmad1's topic in Snaring, Trapping & Pest Control
Kanias work particularly well but are very unforgiving. Other than that, live traps along the lines of above post and below, there are numerous variants. Peanut butter almost guaranteed in many areas! -
Happens regularly. Couple of occasions stands out for me. Must be about 6-7 years ago I had virtually wiped out a family of fox, had 4 or 5 of them in a pile, I also had an exceptional rabbit in the pile that was coming home with me for supper. Another fox stepped over the dead bodies of the other foxes and stole my rabbit! Another time I was waiting on a fox, been there a while in cover but Id taken a rabbit and that was next to me. Started to get dark so went back to the car and put on lamping kit, gone all of 10 minutes, came back and rabbit was gone, never did get the fox

Looking for good advice concerning all-round rifle
Deker replied to Max Caysey's topic in Rimfire, Centrefire & Shotguns
You can't have it all ways, the BEST equipment is several guns/calibres, otherwise you are talking the BEST COMPROMISE. Why do you think everyone else you talk to says......All the riffle hunters I know all own multiple rifles. Ranging from 243 up to 9.3x63... And one who has a 458Win.mag for big game hunting in Africa. When I have talked to them, they pretty much say, buy multiple cheap rifles.
