  1. Just bought the two piece stock for my S200 Jimmy so you will be examining that in a few weeks to see if it can be made better........................ or at least I hope you will. Phil
  2. Very rarely see them around here but Magpies are a menace deserving every pellet, bullet or cartridge load possible, nice looking but eveil little gits. Phil
  3. Cheeky barsteward...........................................? You will get there Jason and with our Jimmy's help it is sure to be easier. I have to say I really like the look of this Kral, Oh by the way Jason...........................you have split your pants ?? Phil
  4. It would be worth testing with the power dropping a little as a comparison. Phil
  5. I used RS with great success in sub12 and tried them once in my old Rapid .22 fac but in all honesty the AA Field Heavy was just sooooo good, I didn't bother any further however when my Wildcat arrives in a couple of weeks, I intend trying RS again with the power turned down as low as it goes but run AAFH at full power. Well thats idea in my head, might be viable or not, we will see. Phil
  6. You are right, it really is a nice stock although I believe it will need slight alteration to fit the Mk1 around the bolt but not too major. One to watch but rather pricey. Thank you for the heads up. Phil
  7. Got it in one DB. I spoke to him at the Northern Shooting Show and asked it my Nitesite would work on the MTC Viper Connect, oh no came back the response. Saw him again at the Game Fair several months later and asked him the same question again, yes no problem at all was the response this time round, fcuking idiot with no idea whatsoever. BELLEND is a great descriptive name for him ??? Phil
  8. As some of you are aware I have bought a Mk1 S200 split stock rifle with a nasty double crack in the hollowed out stock. Now this gun is a project I know and some things can be sorted, some have but the stock may be a stretch too far sooooooo and here is the 'long shot', does anyone have a spare Mk1 stock or even better a T200 / S200T as they are sometimes called that they may consider selling or perhaps ask in the rfd if they might have one. It is a long shot I know but worth asking all the same. You can see from this photo that she is a little fragile around the grip area and a new st
  9. So does Ratworks who seem to get plenty Jon..............? Phil
  10. There are people who have had no issues at all and some years ago I really fancied the Air Wolf but at that time my rfd had one in for repair and the hassle of getting Daystate to sort out the problem was crazy, if my memory serves me well, it went back three times and still didn't get it sorted so the guy sold it and at the same time another chap I knew had bought one and again having power issues, it went back and came back sorted...................not, A target showing the grouping ( I think) thirty mts was included, despite 4 of us trying, we could not get a group anywhere near as good as
  11. You can buy a Dr Bob air tank ring and connect the bipod to that, I bought one for my Impact, works fine but I am sure Gaystate..........sorry, Daystate will blame that for ANY fault following the use of it. Dr Bobs 60mm Buddy Bottle Bipod Clamp from BEST-Fittings WWW.EBAY.CO.UK Near the muzzle of the gun! Regards, the BEST Fittings Team. All edges radius away from the bottle to avoid crimping the bottle finish. We know that you are our... Phil
  12. Perhaps there is a reason why a number of rfd's dont deal with them. One thing to remember is that if you find a fault even on a new rifle..................IT'S YOUR FAULT Phil
  13. Completely agree chaps. now to Reece's query regarding a Co2 gun for hunting............ well my opinion for what it is worth, good fun in the garden plinking but not a hunting riflle. Co2 is not a stable source of propulsion compared to a pcp ot springer rifle. They vary in power according to temperature so very few people use them.
  14. Must confess that the TX200 I bought because Mark raved on about them was an amazing bit of kit once I had it tuned and actually pellet on pellet but just too heavy to walk round with. If I had the range of perms that I have now, it would have come into it's own. There is a tx200hc and a Prosport in my rfd as we speak which look rather nice but as I have committed to buying the new Mk3 Wildcat, and I have just bought the project s200, not much money left over. I know Mark loves his springers and totally agree as to the level of satisfaction of making the kill with a springer, I will have
  15. Nice one must admit I do like shooting ferals as well. Phil
  16. Thankyou for that but my rfd sells loads of Weihrauch guns as well as Hull Cartridges which he pops over the bridge to collect so very easy to get one but I am grateful for the offer. Phil
  17. Somewhat strange that the farmer presenter on Country File (a BBC programme) was warned to retract his comments about Chris Packtwat regarding the negative effects of the shooting ban on pigeon or he would be sacked from the show. Packtwat has the highest level queens award and is so well placed he is teflon coated. I will sign anyway. Phil
  18. Don't start bloody 'THINKING' Jimmy, you know that is going to cost you...................................?
  19. You made that gun a cracker jimmy and I do want at some stage to have a few shots through it as I have never come across one of these earlier models. I want first refusal if the day ever comes that you want to sell it, I know you won't but just keep that in the back of your mind matey. Phil
  20. Support local Jason or Jimmy will be on your case.
  21. I know why I don't like Pellpax and similar, I just put a mod adaptor priced at £9,99 into my basket. It then shows the product price without vat at £8,33 with vat at £2.85 ( it should be £1.66 ) and then they add a whopping £5.95 for postage, a rip off on it's own, so their final tally comes to £17.13. These places are rip off merchants and do not deserve the support of shooters and if people talk to their rfd in the first place, we would have stronger local support going to the shops that need it not these bloody places. Ok rant done Phil
  22. I must admit that I would never look at Pellpax as I support my local rfd and generally don't like supermarket rfd businesses but they do have a couple of things on there that interested me eg. plain barrel converters to replace the one on my s200, thank you for that, at least I can give the details to my rfd for him to get and if not then for a tenner, I would get one from them. Phil
  23. It's good to hear they have got things sorted or is it a one off but whatever it sounds like you have a good one there Jason. I must admit I fancied the NP02 but was told they were not great, pity. Kral Puncher NP02 PCP Air Rifle - Bagnall and Kirkwood BAGNALLANDKIRKWOOD.CO.UK The Kral Puncher NP-02 pcp air rifle is available in either .177 or .22 caliber. This very compact air rifle features an air bottle to the rear and an air cylinder to the front... Phil
  24. It never fails to impress me of members kindness and this is another perfect example, well done sKot. Phil
