Let's See Your Phone Shots !!
Arry replied to mattybugeye's topic in Wildlife and General Photography
I saw an exhibition of photographs up on the Moor at Prince Town all taken on a iPhone, they where amazing. A lady who sales post cards, calendars and framed photos. The results she gets outstanding and often carrying a baby in a backpack type thing while she is out and about. So I would not rule it out. Cheers Arry -
It was a comical fishery mate down around Bay of Biscay I believe, Spanish and Portuguese rod and line. Our boats went down and upset them using gill nets and longlines. I think it was resolved when we left them to it. I seen film of people fishing for them in the North Sea when there were still Herrings were still around. I know your area as I was on a fishing boat Gurdying for Mackerel back in the 70's when the Scottish purse seiners came down and finished that off out of Falmouth mate. Thanks for sharing your videos with us. I like to say as well I like your conservation st

So, Tell Us, What Are Ye All At In The Veg Garden?

Well decided Runners are over getting a bit stringy, just hate it when your enjoying a nice pile of beans and you get a stringy one in amongst. I do snap them but still the odd one. So started to take them down and compost came across these two, one seems to be very fond of the other. you can see the black army in the back ground had a bit of trouble with them this year. Cheers Arry -
Amazing to watch that happen thou mate. Had a Peregrine hit the decoys once. Struck a rubber one and just sat there on top of it for a while then just few off. Cheers Arry

Just because they don't believe in the EU and wanted out. 498 MP's voted to to trigger article 50. 17,410742 people voted to leave as well. Some MP's and the majority of people vote to leave. Cheers Arry

The Lib - Dem's are playing crafty, 48% of people voted to remain. They're thinking is if they can get that 48% in a General Election they would walk it and be in power. Personally I think they have miss read it, my MP is now a Lib - Dem was a Tory. I think people won't forgive her. You vote Tory and get a Lib - Dem that can't be right. Now the shear arrogance of the Lib - Dem Traitors to say they would scrap article 50, screw up Democracy, voting would not mean a thing any more. We had the biggest democratic vote with the biggest turn out the UK has ever had and they want to ig

Sorry Rebel I missed your question. The Hedgehog is very good in stew's as they hold their texture but I like a mix of what I have found fried up with a sliced up bits of smokey bacon little garlic and butter. The River Cottage Mushroom book has recipes in it as well. The Hedgehog mushroom are a very safe mushroom and easy to learn. Another good one that will probably grow in the same place is "The Winter Chanterelle" known as Yellow Legs and it must have a Yellow stalk. These dry really well. When you find one you will probably find thousands, you can't see them then you reali

To be fair I think you're lucky you have some Police. They are near extinct here the only type of Police I see around here is a Community Officer driving around in a van. He works bloody hard keeping the pissed up beggars and smack heads in order. Cheers Arry
