Don't get me started on Fan Dabby Dozy she make my piss boil. The Anti democratic cow. As for Plaid Cymru I don't follow them much but I think they are Anti Democratic as well. I find it really strange that Political Parties can be so blatantly against Democracy in this country of all countries. A friend of mine came back from a tour of New Zealand he met people from all around the world there. They could not believe that the democratic vote of the people of the UK was being under mined and ignored. Cheers Arry

Well after ringing my mate decided togo today, first light pissing down and blowing a hooley thought we had made a wrong'un. After driving up a flooded boggy lane things where looking even worse. We have had some hard times recently with ground that has RHD and Mixie, coupled with a few blanks because of that. I had suggested a piece of ground where we had a few at the start of the season, burrows we had already done. Well did not expect much as we had done them before this year, but needed a confidence boost, they are easy burrows. Parked the motor half way up the hedge as ground was so wet,

To me this time it's Democracy that's at stake here. It's only the Tory's and Brexit Party that are prepared to uphold Democracy. Democracy was hard won and many many people have died for it, but Lid - Dem's, Labour a the Green's don't want you to have it. Your Votes don't count any more to them. Well the referendum was not a One Armed Bandit where if you don't like the result you pull lever to get a different result. Loads of Hedgehog Mushrooms and Winter Chanterelles about mostly under spruce. Some Wood Blewits as well. Gave a lot away, kept these tree punnets. Cheers Arry

Interesting to me that phone footage for Plymouth area says Lee moor. That about two miles from Sparkwell Dartmoor Zoo the same zoo that had a Lynx escape in 2016 and recaptured. Cheers Arry

Mark you are absolutely right if you are not 100% do not eat it. I do enjoy foraging and hunting must be a bit of the hunter gatherer left in me from a pocket full of nuts or some mushrooms or a brace of rabbits. It's like being close to earth and surviving in touch with natural things if you know where I'm coming from. Atb. Cheers Arry

I'm very lucky here in my town I don't think there is one empty shop. We still have four butchers shops Grocery, Iron Monger shops plenty of Pubs and Restaurants a open air market on Fridays. Too many Galleries and Jewellery shops but at least they are not empty. Only one Super market Morrisons and they are shit. A lot of people won't use them and only use the high street and that's what keeps it alive. Its only a small town but its great to see it so vibrant. Cheers Arry

Well done for taking her out with you, prime time. You have to savour those days wether it be Ferreting, Shooting or Fishing etc out teaching the kids. They are priceless memories, so many the lads cooking sausages threaded on a hazel whip over a little camp fire while fishing for flounder. Or the youngest lad shouting insults at a net he was tilling that kept falling just because he was hungry. Lol. Cheers Arry

Numbers are down here and falling year on year. Two farms I have that boarder each other have RHD, ferreted these farms for over fifty years I'm gutted about that. Another we picked up early this year was alive and the farmer was moaning about them. All looked good till last week my mate went up there to pick out some hedges we could make a start, Mixy every where. Other places it seems strange pockets where they are thick yet two fields away its dead. Cheers Arry

Well honey fungus is edible most I see is growing on old stumps and the Deer love them. I think it is honey fungus you have there but old ones, usually growing on dead trees etc. It will kill privet hedges also known as Boot lace Fungus has black root bit like boot laces. But like all fungi if your not 100% leave it. Cheers Arry
