    Just heard back from the British Museum about two treasure trove things after over a year. The Posey ring. And these for coins. Apparently the local museum want to buy both lots, so they have gone to valuation. Fingers crossed for a good result. Cheers Arry

    Cod Goujons in a crispy batter and triple cooked chips. This is the best batter I have ever made. For you guys that are into a bit of cooking. 1 cup of plain flour. 1 tsp baking powder 1 beaten egg Ginger beer salt and pepper. mix to a fairly think batter, dip the fish in then cover with Panko bread crumbs, deep fry at 180c/ 190c. Lovely crunchy batter that stayed crunchy. Sounds weird but really works. Even did a mushroom in it. Cheers Arry
