That's normally my go to with honey and mustard but I don't wanna be cooking tomorrow, cold cuts feast for lunch and some ham and eggs for breakfast I think.

My Mrs does that ....but simmers it in a pan of water first....with herbs...cineman etc....then roasts it with honey and cloves...love it with roast tatties and coleslaw
