  10. Each to their own, some lovely story’s here and I can fully appreciate them all. Personally though, I have always hated the over inflated smorgasbord of gluttony, consumerism and “once a year” love in that is Christmas ! Dont get me wrong, I like Christmas but just not all the shite that seems to go with it for lots of people. Just tell people you love them, spend time with them, get them tokens of care by way of little presents, make everyone a dinner and feed people when they pop in for a visit all year…..not just the big old blow out once a year ! My mum and her mum used
  11. Cheers Greg can’t upload video since I fell in last month and killed my third iPhone of the year so I’m back on the £25 burner again until one of the kids upgrades and gives me another old model lol anyways Whitchurch canal has gone as well normally a rare thing now three in the week
  12. Led colour is important too. Some of the ultra bright white lights, don't show up detail at a distance. Light spectrum thing, so I understand.
  13. Same. I'd rather give it away to someone I knew, in the exchange for some rabbits or the odd trip out. Plus it looks good hanging up in the shed, now I'm approaching Jack Hargreaves age, I might even start smoking a pipe {not crack}.
  14. That’s a Bonnie looking Lurcher hii

  17. sounds my type of place not seeing any other f****r about . cracking place to have on your doorstep . if i walked for 6 hours id probably have crossed 10 plus roads . Not a bad place to live for what i like to do though
  18. looks like an extra from ROTFS
  19. I don't have to try, Gooey. I've owned a few dogs that were good hare catchers/killers. I just don't see the point in fooling myself that they were coursing dogs. Anyway, Gooey, where are these 500 yard slips you keep promising us? 8, 9 or 10-15 yards isn't what you told us you'd be sharing on here.
  20. I've a Fenix HT18. It's impressive and can be used for lamping. There's a newer version offering even better performance. Whatever brand you use i suggest looking at the HT18 specifications as that's where you need to be for lumens , range etc Personally, being pocketable it has a place, but I don't use it as first choice and much prefer a conventional lamp like a clulite
  21. last pack i bought there was hardly any in it
