Each to their own, some lovely story’s here and I can fully appreciate them all. Personally though, I have always hated the over inflated smorgasbord of gluttony, consumerism and “once a year” love in that is Christmas ! Dont get me wrong, I like Christmas but just not all the shite that seems to go with it for lots of people. Just tell people you love them, spend time with them, get them tokens of care by way of little presents, make everyone a dinner and feed people when they pop in for a visit all year…..not just the big old blow out once a year !
