You obviously mean a hell of a lot to these guys. That chair isn't big enough for your heart never mind your body. As above, good luck and good cheer. Jok.

Well son. I wonder at folks sometimes. When you make something as good as you do, the hours it takes and the finishing, cost is pretty much immaterial. I put an idea into Tony Glovers head the other day ( the snooker cue maker), and lo and behold we have started a project that will probably take about 3/5 weeks. A friend of mine has taken on the commission with a budget of £1500.00. My quest is to make a one off, never to be copied, identifiable exotic coloured woods, one piece snooker cue. The woods will probably never be available again unless some hoarder comes to the surface with stocks fr

You are right WK. However, a brew wasn't on my mind. I went to Black Sheep Brewery and took some beer instead. What a grand place. Jok.

Went up to Catterick Garrison yesterday on a bit of business. Was given a ride throughout the facility and whilst doing so spotted a number of deer. Any chance of getting a bit of sport mister?? Sergeant. RSM? Corporal. Well, I guess you know the answer to that one. Loll. Never the less it was an eye opener as to what can be seen on ground that is smashed with heavy artillery as well as small arms fire. Beautiful terrain all around and including Richmond which has to be one of my top ten towns in the UK. Jok

Terry. You are far too polite my friend. Mikey clearly has a problem with space which makes it nigh on impossible to grow progressive crops. At a guess he would be better staying with salad crop till June and then have a go with one or two winter crops. Rotation is always going to be his problem so with such a small area stick to quick growing veg. Only an opinion. As an aside, am doing pretty good with mine all mains in and I've decided not to touch last years potatoe area in favour of reasonably solid ground for my brassicas. Garlics are looking brill and generally speaking everything's on s -
Eh up Kanny. In Middle East in the eighties and all the Phillo's were breeding and eating dogs. We tried to stop them but it was a way of life. These guys earned somethings like 100 US dollars a month which Marco wanted back in Manilla. Eat a dog. Cheap snap. Jok.

What for fs is that all about?? I thought this geezer was gonna train a dog. FCOL? Get real man. Jok.

Devon. I think you know I won't go down without a fight. Trouble is it hurts like hell. My garden means a lot to me and to be honest a lot of people look to me for advice and guidance. Tony Glover has just gifted me 200 onion plants from his world record onion which I've handed out to our members. I'm not letting a bit of discomfort hold me back. I'll put some pics up in due course. Jok. -
Am in Melrose on Thursday.jok.

I'm laughing a little here as just got back from Derby Royal having had another MRi scan. We clearly have a lot in common. My spine is, to put it politely, fckd. They are going in on May 24th either in my neck or lower spine which to be honest I'm not looking forward to as the the last one was sheer hell. I went down the allotment today and set 4 rows of main crop. Got my canes ready for runner beans, drank a magners or might have been 2. Know what?? This allotment is f***ing amazing. The guys and of late the girls are really putting it together. Fair play to them. Jok. -
Mate. Do not worry yourself. Wait till you get bigger numbers. Just do the right thing with fresh water and feed and throw in some green material, dandelions, chickweed, cabbage or indeed any good greens. Them ladies will be out in a jiffy. ATB? Jok.

Should have said, wish I had a bag of antler like that. Lol. Jok.

Just finished a nice stick (Griff) and it should be on it's way early next week. I've asked the recipient to put some pics up. In the crown is an Irish punt showing the red stag and on the cheek I've mounted a pair of rising mallard. Horn to shaft is polished red buffalo horn and the shaft itself is green hazel. I found some nice plastic coating for the head and a transparent polish for the shaft. Stiff as anything so will make a good hill stick or in fact wading stick as should be completely waterproof. Not forgotten you either. The antler is in the workshop but I keep changing my mind about

Why not go for a 2nd hand 40ft container. Or even 2 X 20ft containers side by side. Save a load of grief and a load of money. Jok.

Yes Stealthy. The FCKG thing hurts like hell when you you stupidly put your swede over the blender. Even the dog tries to get outside. Lol. Mind you pal, it's worth it in the end. Sunday roast with homemade HR. Proper. Jok. -

Terry you have made a big mistake. Take the horse radish out of your garden before it's too late. The FCKG stuff grows worse than mint and you will have nowt but problems getting rid. Stick it in the hedgerow where you can dig the roots at will. Better still, just dig it where it is already established. I love the stuff but it is a pain in the arse. Jok.
