Back to basics. 6mm rod cut to length and use castration rings top and bottom. Cheap as chips and dead easy. Jok.

Thank you one and all and I'm very grateful for advice and suggestions. Luckily (small world) I've met Ratmanwan off here who lives and works in and around our village. He has gifted me 2 traps to try to get a result and if not is going to pop round for a butchers. What a fella. Jok.

Same as. Same as. I've been complaining for quite a while now, had the scans, the blood tests, the Chinese needles and recently the Oramorph for when it gets to be a bit sore. Can't lift much either. Seeing a consultant Wednesday who is expected to advise me on ongoing tests/treatment. Feel for you son. Getting old was never going to get easy ffs. Jok.
