  5. It's all got very serious all of a sudden ? If I remember right the main path passes within feet of gardyloo gulley (either that or I was miles off course), so if you make even a tiny mistake on your grid bearing you're definitely going to plunge thousands of feet to your death. No pressure ?? Forces lads are usually well trained in this so their advice will be solid. Mate of mine (in the forces) had done his mountain leader and got us off the top of the Big Buachaille in a near white out. Without his skills I'd have been goosed.
  6. Only seen them once at Ingleston near Edinburgh in '92. They were good, but there was a massive scrap before they came on which kind of f****d things up a bit and had the crowd on edge. If I remember right they had to leave all the lights on and had the coppers were watching on the entire time.
  7. Not long now, and I'll be glad when it's over. Sick of the sight of both these pricks now.
  8. Wouldn't you be better (cheaper) just buying a good quality bike second hand. Plenty about.

  12. Well done, good effort and a tidy sum raised for charity. The obvious question now is what's next ?
  13. Not sure you'd need one. Wade in up to your ankles and just kick them up onto the beach. ?
  14. Discussion on Jeremy Vine today about Sarah Champion resignation and the problem of Asian/Muslim grooming gangs. Oxford Imam Taj Hargey says the problem is with brown muslims and that it was wrong for Champion to go. Thought it was an interesting discussion, but obviously much more to be said and done. Link below.., skip to about 15 mins in if you want to hear it. http://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/b0904hzh#play

  18. Surely he's at it and that's all just a promo?Very poor production and if it's promo then it doesn't appear to be working.
  19. Terrifying just watching that. One situation you'd never wish to find yourself in for sure.
  20. I love football. Loved playing it from when I was a kid and love watching it.., but.., I struggle to identify with it now. Especially loved watching the EPL but reckon there's now too much money and too many foreigners involved. I feel like it's kind of sold it's soul and much of the 'Englishness' of the game has been lost, and that's a shame. The life blood and essence of a club used to be the faithful supporters paying their hard earned to cheer their team on through thick and thin, in rain, hail or shine. Now TV companies pandering to armchair fans and advertisers are king. We're now seei
  21. For sure? If not then the Rabbit Fever guy's getting a bit of a bum rap on here which could be damaging to business. Be best to clear it up once and for all and/or just remove the thread altogether imo.
