Another taxi driver had a positive sighting of a big cat in south London last week, definitely wasn't an ordinary moggy, and he managed to get a good photo.

I'm using google chrome and I just copy the address bar and then paste it into the reply box, and then post.

I don't think they exist, just an old wives tale, a bit like spotting a white Englishman in London.

Think this bloke explains quite well.

A man has been jailed after admitting posting photos of a Grenfell Tower fire victim on Facebook after opening body bags. Omega Mwaikambo, 43, was sentenced to three months at Westminster Magistrates’ Court on Friday. They don't even have any respect for their own it would seem.

They had a cladding covered tower block go up in Melbourne back in 2014. Recall that it was started by a cigarette on the balcony of the 8th floor and engulfed 13 floors in 11 minutes. The investigation concluded that the cladding was an accelerant, and I'm pretty sure it was some old sh1t imported from China. I can't understand why, after the partial collapse of Ronan Point that they didn't shy away from high rise buildings and the associated risks of evacuation of such a building, but they continued to build them and they still stand to this day. They have been allowing more and more peo

Pets at Home sponsor the RSPCA, that is why I don't use them any more. None of their staff that I have spoken to were aware of, or even interested in what the sponsorship money goes towards. Everyone who has bought a Mason & Cash ceramic dog or cat bowl has unknowingly contributed to the RSPCA.

Dug a couple of bunny's out of the freezer and made a stefado with them. Took the loins of the saddle and removed the silver skin, and utilised the 4 thighs as well. Browned the meat in a tiny bit of olive oil, then deglazed the skillet with a good splash of red wine vinegar and added half a bottle of red wine. Let it simmer for about an hour to reduce by half and then added chopped onion, sliced garlic, tomato puree, teaspoon of cinnamon and a pinch of dried oregano, put a lid on and let it cook for a further 30-45 minutes. Not everyone's cup of tea as the vinegar g

Making Dry Cured Bacon
Mister Gain replied to Mister Gain's topic in Living Off The Land & Game Cooking
I managed to dig out a photo of some sliced dry cured pigs cheeks I made some years ago, cured by the same method explained above and cooked on the BBQ. My son couldn't believe what they were and how tasty and succulent they were. I made myself a sandwich with crusty homemade bread with plenty of piccalilly on. -
Making Dry Cured Bacon
Mister Gain replied to Mister Gain's topic in Living Off The Land & Game Cooking
It needs a container that will not react to sodium (salt) otherwise you could get a metallic taste to the finished product if the 'juice' leaks out during osmosis. No need if you have a vacuum sealer as it sucks the air out and seals the bag, not everyone can (or wants to) go to the expense of the vacuum sealer, but if you wrap with clingfilm the chances are you will get plenty of leakage. Food grade polythene bags are not expensive and are a good alternative if properly twisted and sealed.. It actually freezes very well, and I used to slice 6 or 7 rashers and make packs up using butchers -
Making Dry Cured Bacon This is made using a prepared cure bought from a butcher supplier, in this case sausagemaking.org making use of the Organic Cure which is used at 4% or 40 grams per kilo of meat for this particular cure. You can also obtain bacon dry cures from Scobies or Weschenfelder. 1 As you can see from the picture, I have my meat ready for preparation. I have decided to make streaky bacon using pork belly. I particularly like belly with fat on it, in my opinion fat equals flavour, and most of the fat runs away during cooking after flavouring the meat. I generally gri

There's a little snippet about it in yesterdays Metro http://metro.co.uk/2017/06/11/the-dup-could-insist-on-nigel-farage-having-a-role-in-brexit-negotiations-6701540/ Thing is that after any vote/election we always get plenty of rumour and speculation, but we'll just have to wait and see what happens. Must admit that I would like to see him at the helm instead of May.

How Are You Prepping Your Pigs
Mister Gain replied to moxy's topic in Living Off The Land & Game Cooking
Bacon is very easy to cure, and the ready made cure is readily available from butcher suppliers like Scobies. -
Saw a flock of them in spring 2016 land in a fair sized tree, in the local park, which was just showing leaf buds and they almost stripped it in about 15 minutes, noisy b*stard things.

All we have got is Labour, Cons, Libs, and BNP. I would normally have voted for BNP but will probably vote Cons. I doubt it will make any difference around here as the Labour MP has kept the seat for over 20 years.

Made a red Thai curry last week, chicken and squid, excellent. Lasted me 3 days though Lucky to have See Woo chinese cash and carry just 10 minutes away and they do loads of Thai curry mixes, fish sauce, shrimp paste, lemon grass, kaffir lime leaves, etc etc... although I do like to add about a dozen extra chillies. Rabbit makes a nice Thai curry, provided you remove the silver skin and sinew. I've been making them for years, but I've struggled to get paste I'm happy with lately. I made my own paste with home grown chillies last year, which lasted a good while, but I weren't particularly

That's what I have got, but a 2001, had it 11 years, cracking motor.

Used to be a few of them inhabiting the Silt Pond at Horton Kirby some years back. My mate's son landed one and said the fcuking thing was trying to take his fingers off LOL. They used to sunbathe on the island. Don't know if they got removed as it was netted (improved) a few times since, and I've let my membership lapse.

Absolutely agree 100%. If they are 'on the radar', take them 'off the radar', before they can commit anymore terrorist acts. MI5 GCHQ are sitting on the intelligence, fcuking use it to rid the country of this scourge. Surreptitious death squads have been used in countries all over the world for years, so it would be nothing new, just make them disappear.

Green Lurchers, Haven't got a clue, but guess he will have to try it neat at some point, as he does that with all the chilli/hot sauces he gets, then he'll use it as a condiment. Personally I wouldn't go near it, I tend to steer clear of really hot chilli's nowadays since I had an operation on the 'coal hole' door some years back, and I have to pay the price if I overdo it.

My nipper's got intentions of buying some of this stuff, http://www.crowleyshotsauce.com.au/hallucinator Think maybe he's lost the plot Quote... You asked for it.. and now you've got it, so don't complain. But trust me when I say, don't do it. Designed to fast-track that endorphin release from the brain, this goes way beyond any natural chilli heat that you've tried before. It contains a 6 million SHU "Scoville Heat Units" Oleoresin, Pure Chilli Oil in laymans terms.. i.e. Extract, plus a 16 Million SHU Crystal. Now it's this crystal which is the hottest level of capsaicin you can produ
