    Not the genuine article any more, mate -sadly! Brussels banned coal tar some years ago, which is a shame as it was good for various nasty skin conditions, as well as smelling lovely ! When my daughter was a child we used to vapourise coal tar oil to help her asthma. What they sell these days is coal tar fragranced. You can buy the genuine coal tar soap on Flea-bay, but its imported from Lithuania or some such.

    They covered this at some length on BBC news this morning. They talked about men "from certain backgrounds", and " from a particular culture", even "men from a specific ethnicity". Not one person had the nuts to call a space a spade ( no pun intended !) and name the elephant in the room........ So I will. That this crime was systematically planned and carried out by organised gangs of Pakistani Muslim men, who felt they were committing no crime because their so-called religion allows for sex with under-age girls and regards non-believers as worthless.     You can buy Theraband from medical supply companies - it's used a resistance aid by physiotherapists.I think Amazon stock it, but Flea-bay is a lot cheaper ! Asda also do a good quality exercise band, but it can be difficult to get, due to its popularity. Personally, I prefer Dankung 1745, for what my opinion's worth.......

    Have a bit of fun and make one yourself - nothing like a custom made catty to cheer your soul ! You can buy birch ply (multiplex) off-cuts cheap enough at B&Q (other DIY outlets are available), for a few quid. I once got a 3X2ft piece for three quid. HDPE blocks and sheets can be made at home for precisely nothing - we've covered it on here several times, so plenty of advice to be had. Give it a go and keep more of you money on your pocket.........

    During my life, I have met and known many Sikhs and Hindus. Without exception, they have proved to be thoroughly decent, law-abiding citizens, content with the improvements in their lives that living in the UK has helped them achieve.     Buy one every year without fail. Never been asked to show it, but then I've never even seen an EA bailiff, only local club and private guys who only sell you a day ticket. I don't think the local fellas have the authority to ask for it even ? I've never been asked to produce my TV license or driving licence, but I've still got them!
