    You're no at all Mo ! If anyone (anyone) is coming to the house, my wife insists on cleaning from top to bottom - even if she already did it that day. This includes people who come over all the time and friends we've known for years ! She says she doesn't want anyone thinking we have an untidy house. Not the case, as I can never find anything because it's probably been cleaned or tidied away !! Wait - maybe you're BOTH odd.................. !!

    Is flyball hard on a dogs wrists? A lot of the collies on there had theirs bandaged up. If so a whippet would suffer I think think thats for dew clawsGood point, didn't think of that. The way they hit the board on the turn though made me think it's not good on those joints Probably not ! Just wondered as they're not only fast,but very agile in the turn, I believe.

    It is believed that a champion Irish Setter has died after being deliberately poisoned. Jasper is thought to have been given 2 or 3 slow-acting poisons while in the kennel area at Crufts. Owners are awaiting toxicology reports, but police are already investigating. (Can't find a link yet - only just been announced)

    Don't like to be the odd one out, mate,but that is on the Rooney Scale of ugliness ! I'm sure it's beautifully made from the best materials, and all the rest of it, but all the same .........

    If its a real person speaking, I ask them to hang on for a second as I've got something on the stove,or there's someone at the door etc. Then I take the phone handset into the bedroom and put it in the wardrobe ! I've often wondered how long they actually hang on for !! I do enjoy my petty torments...........

    Our vet still does the one-jab booster, but the ma-in-law's does the two-jab at twice the price (naturally!). Mind you, her vet does plan on closing early when she walks in, if you follow me ? Maybe your vet has had an epiphany and decided Novibac is the best treatment for ALL his patients, and they'll ALL need two jabs to get started ? (Ker-ching !!) Our dogs haven't had a booster since they were 2 years old, and I've no plans on getting any done...........

    Sandalwood, pine, anything musky ? As already mentioned coal tar fragrances is probably worth thinking about - a lovely clean smell ! Good luck, Donna !
