A cinema chain has banned an advertisement by the Church of England, featuring the Lords Prayer, claiming it "may offend audiences". No ! You have the right to work in peace, free from threats or violence. Every doctors surgery, council office, hospital etc has notices warning of this - I believe this right extends to everyone. While I can (maybe) understand him being annoyed, he owes you an apology.

I'm not interested in politicians on Remembrance Sunday - its not about them, and never should be ! I never miss the veterans parading past the Cenotaph, and feel very humbled watching better men then me pay their respects and tell their stories. Whatever the 'why's and wherefore's', there won't be any concessions that might give any credibility to Farage or to UKIP...... Jeremy Corbyn is proof of what happens when an 'extremist' gains credibility and some level of acceptability, and while the supposed renegotiations on the EU are ongoing, they will do everything possible to keep him 'off air'. I'm equally sure that Farage will do everything possible to get 'on air'..........

I signed up many years ago. My wife and family are aware of my wishes. I've even made enquiries about body donation, rather than just bits of it. I don't believe in any kind of afterlife so, when I'm gone, I won't be needing it. If they can find anything that's any use, they're more than welcome to it.
