im sure it said on the radio there actually protected you have to a licence to trap them but once caught they can't be re released obviously because there non indigenous....so why the protection in the first place? All wildlife is protected under the Wildlife and Countryside Act, I believe ? But I've got 4 terriers and a lurcher - and I don't think any of them can read !!

Breathe abdominally (by pushing your belly in and out), rather than just breathing into your chest. Hope that makes sense...... Anyway, it takes some of the pressure off your ribs, and helps prevent chest infections, which can occur because you're not breathing properly, due to the pain. And don't be tempted to wrap anything tight around your ribs to ease the pain........also makes you susceptible to chest infections. Get well soon, mate !

Are they positioned in a window They've been outside most of the summer, same as always. Then they'll be in the conservatory when the frost starts. To much sunlight Probally I have some outside also but in shade all the time I seriously doubt there's more sunlight in Wales than in England. Everything else is the same, except our water comes from a borehole so no chlorine. They seem well enough on it. Light quality could be better, though ! Unobstructed windows, less air pollution etc.......money plants don't like full sunlight. And anyway, I thought you lived in Surrey, no

When I first heard of this story, it made me physically angry ! The soldiers were bought here for training (some of you may remember that our our old pal BPR was stationed at the same barracks). While here, they, and others among them, abused our hospitality and facilities in the worst possible way. I believe that their behaviour immediately puts them outside any asylum process. No claim for asylum should even be considered, and any lawyer that accepts their case should be ashamed of themselves ! Bit of a tangent, but my fave fighter is Henry Armstrong, "Homicide Hank". Back in the days when there was only 8 weight divisions, and one governing authority (therefore only 8 world champions), he held 3 titles........at the same time !

Sigmund Freud called it "the narcissism of small differences"; the tendency of closely allied people to engage in constant feuds. So the National Front split, the BNP was born and then morphed into Britain First, following a series of rifts and power struggles among people who essentially share the same views. I think the problem of the far right has always been bringing small, disparate groups under one umbrella, and keeping them together. If that could be achieved..........

The "Who are Britain First ?" piece was nothing more than 15 minutes of interviews with a couple of muslims, an ex-member and several known opponents......with a couple of sound bites by Paul Golding and Jayda Fransen.....all put together by a clearly biased reporter ! "Who are Britain First ?" - let's ask the imam of the largest mosque in Luton.......BBC journalism at its best !

On the downside, its presented by that tw4t, Reggie Yeats. Don't expect balanced, objective journalism, mind you !!
