I'll take 200 12mm lead balls for £20.

That all well and good and as I said £850 for a pup is ok if that's what you want. I understand your commitment to the breed (if a little obsessive ) and the need to get some of your money back. What I don't get is a price is the pass to a dog, I am far more concerned that the dog gets the right home (as I'm sure you will) and if you gift dogs you have far more say in where they go. After all "Joe Blogs" quite often has plenty of cash and may just be looking for a cash cow. That Joe Blogs may also talk the talk and convince you that they are genuine, homes are far better in my opinion if they

That's most terriers...free if your in the loop, £150 worst ways. Saying that £850 for the start of a UK breeding program sounds ok, that's if what you want. Good luck with finding them a good working home.

Looking To Take My Patt/jrt Ratting In Kent
leegreen replied to Baxtersloan's topic in New Member Introductions
If he's had one before then I don't think you'll need much help and you'll probably have trouble finding a hunting partner if your dog hasn't been socialised well. Plenty of work will certainly help with your dogs aggression. Rat control is usually done out of necessity, it's not pretty and there is usually lots of dirty smelly, toxic, infectious type of ground. Hunting the odd rat down the creek is not really going to be enough calm an aggressive terrier. Although it may help. Where did your terrier come from and do you know its working history/breeding. -

That looks like its eaten quite a few rabbits Might be just the picture though.

Little Lurchers is a woman and she keeps Whippets, Italian Greyhounds and Grews. They all hunt and catch rabbits. I had a Whippet Greyhound that would kill rabbits on the floor so that it could carry them back without them struggling. She was 21-22"" and 28lb. She would also tumble on the strike most outings, hitting a rabbit was like chucking an anchor out. Christ knows what it would be like with a dog less than 10lb.

Hello Baxter I'm not far from you and I can show you the ropes. Have you got any rats? -
I took my Terrier Spaniel beating and the first bird I saw was in my bitches mouth apparently its common even with the Spaniels. My bitch is a good gun dog, although a bit hard mouthed and she loves the water. She only weighs 22lb and will retrieve goose after goose.

That are given fair law. Gotta be the ultimate single test for a running dog.

Bull X with a wider turning circle and bigger fuel bill Nice dogs if you could find the work for one.
-
Gets you nice and warm though. You've got to have spare batteries with those GoPro tings.

As said summer is the time. I have found getting in the water helps, it gives the pups confidence to know you are there and also you can correct their swimming position.

He is no world beater, thats the domain of feckwits and ego,s,the dog is 18 months old,now that will raise many an eyebrow. He is bred right and as allready shown signs of his breeding, his uncle was lost a season ago,as good a dog as id wish for,his mother was retired last year through work related injury, his sister was lost recently and she was purring along more than nicely, his grandmother was another reliable mutt and the Sire,s side to his breeding and working heritage is known and honest.Ive had a shitty 2 years with fecking lurchers and terriers and another loss may be my last, this dog nee

Supplements In Running Dogs
leegreen replied to lincolnshire.hunter's topic in Lurchers & Running Dogs
Dogs are athletes and if help is available let them have it. My dogs get the best diet and are worked hard. I would like to think I give them everything I possibly can and if that means using a supplement so be it. If I had the room for a mag box, I'd get one, as I had good reports from them. Times move on and things get better. You wouldn't see an Olympian refusing help, be it supplements or otherwise. If you feel you don't need them, that's up to you. Give me your dog for a season and we will see if it needs a little extra . The bread and milk thing is a very good point. -
Just got back in for a couple of hours with the pack. Can't beat a windy day for bushing. The vermin can't here you coming. Fed the mutts, get my head down for a few hours and out again this evening. You've got to seize the opportunity, good weather, no moon, don't always happen.

6 bunnies round here is a good night lol can't wait to move what dog shee you running as in what cross 6 bunnies is good around here, so far it's the best she has done, problem is she missed about twice that . Saying that this was the 4 or 5th time she's been, she's a bushing bitch really. 1 was out of the seat, all the rest were caught in the cover and the fields were firm, flat and fast. All were retrieved live to hand. So all in all not bad, apart from something else she missed, but hey ho can't catch em all .

Just got back from a shine, waiting for some very expensive tripe to defrost 6 bunnies from my very clever slow dog .

I think he's funny, proper near the mark sometimes, but that's what makes him. Some of you's lads are a bit easily offended, bit like old women....... oooooww me minge is chucking up! I laugh at many things. I don't think this is very funny, but it had me in stitches earlier today. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5tKnsZCELD4

They dont go a bundle on health and safety,i went to a tiger temple over there,i think theres around 120? adult tigers walking around, the only safety guidelines we were given was dont wear red, dont wear shorts, and dont make sudden movements likely to alarm the tigers?
