    You have to be licenced to take food from the knacker man. Unless they have their own incinerator, then you may get some through the back door and no body likes to take meet through the back door . I know a knacker man and he said that they would miss a leg off a horse. Every thing needs to be signed and certificated.

    feeding dogs together without supervision, you're mad. Go and get friendly with the local butcher. Ask him to save you chicken cages and any waste with meat on. Lamb ribs are good as are spine neck etc. Try and avoid supporting lamb bones such as shin bone etc, as they splitter. Offer to put a couple of quid in the charity box or buy something for yourself. It keeps the butcher happy and he will go out of his way some what to help you. Failing that go catch yourself meat

    suppose to have them chipped here in the north nun of us do it,if plod stops we say the dogs up here on trial from dublin were it not legal so the border comes in handy,lol what if out coursing and dog goes on motorway causing mayhem ,goes in among sheep and starts mauling match and its chipped to you yer fooked.lol You'll be alright, you'll be able to run away, seeing as you'll have trainers on.     They're are doing very well and produced a fairly even litter. Hardy, fearless, clever, but a bit hard to keep occupied. Good with the gun, live stock, not seen ferrets yet, bark/bite on command, follow the beam, retrieved most things, not entered water yet but I have no doubts. In fact the only thing they are lacking is my ability to train two highly driven pups! All good guards, but sensible with and steady with it. I've liked them so much I'm running two this season.     Malinois are better suited to Lurcher breeding mainly because of their conformation. Dutch hearders are heavy, Laekoneis are rarely worked nowadays, also they are few and far between to have a good choice. F1 breeding nearly always offers a steady animal, but genetics are not always that straight forward.
