    If you ever pop up here Kev you and my Mrs will be able to sit and listen to Dolly all day , she loves her. When we go up Yorkshire I have to listen to Dolly parton and Elvis for half the journey. I do sing along though.Can't complain because I subject her to kings of leon and an hour. of the prodigy.

    Same thoughts as tomo really, got a fewbut dont really think they are any different to rings. got a few nets that have a slider at the peg end and a ring at the other end.

    It depends on the diameter of the tube as to how long they will need to be. we used to get tube that was roughly 20mm -25mm. this was cut into lengths of about eight inches. we used to cut them on an angle[about 45 degrees]then you dont have to bash the ends flat to drill them for the split ring. try making one at about 8 inches, weigh it, if its too heavy shorten it till you find the weight your after[we used to make them 16-20 oz] for whitby, Or longer if they arent heavy enough. as for hook size, massive trebles cod have gobs like coal buckets, Hope this helps,Bry

    I've got one that I work, bought it from a guy in thurnscoe . Its a decent enough dog , had better, had worse. Can't tell you about kenneling as mine is spoilt rotten by the Mrs. The terrier and lurcher have their own futon to sleep on.

    Near Padstow,Cornwall mate , nettings cheating lol ,can't beat catching them on rod n line in the open sea, they don't half go. We had eight altogether from two and half to the four eleven one. They come into a couple of coves on the big spring tides. Good sport on the right gear.

    Had my first mullet of the year on Sunday. Got me second in the club comp, But was good to get a few off a local beach. My Biggest was 3lb 7.5oz. But my mate had one 4lb 11oz. Anybody else been getting any decent ones.

    He asked for views or opinions mate. I must admit I have never used 10z nets only used the 6z ones up on the dales but found them terrible under hedge bottoms.

    I will still be snorkelling for the spider crabs in June off the north Cornwall coast .I reckon it won't want to eat a bony old fooker like me when it spots some of the walruses in bathing suits that show up on the beaches down here. Lol.

    Some of them action shots are brilliant Kev. The 14yr old reminds me of Kevin off Kevin and perry . May have to tap you for some info on where I can do a bit of river coarse fishing. Need the practise so I can win the comp.

    I have half sleeves and both my lads have full sleeves and loads more on their backs and fronts. Like socks says if any of us put a shirt on you wouldn't know we had one. Not into facial tats but each to their own. A good friend of mine has several on his head. I'm 53 and I'm getting some more on when I get back up Yorkshire.don't pay the going rate though as an old rugby mate has his own studio. I might baulk at £50_£ an hour.

    can't you put a small split ring onto them. I've done this with zips on my stuff when the same has happened. Or is it all the lot that has come off
