  2. To be honest i dont know mate ,maybe someone can enlighten us.
  3. No reverse gears here . just omitted to put with dogs into original post . now its in why dont you answer the question
  4. No what i meant and have now edited the post to say is hunting them with dogs is banned . ie using dogs to kill them . If all you want to do is slag people off who dont agree with your point of view there isnt much point trying to have a debate about it.
  5. My hunting knowledge is fine thanks. I never mentioned whether hunting was allowed in islam or not i simply asked why should one historical way of taking an animals life be banned because it is perceived by people who dont practise it as cruel and another way that is perceived similarly be allowed just because it relates to religion. Stop just blindly ranting at anything you dont agree with and try and answer with a reason.
  6. Hunting deer, hares and foxes with dogs is an historical way of taking an animals life but they banned those so whats special about halal killing other than it relates to islam.
  7. Ilove how it says she is famous for having multiple facial surgery . The surgeon must have been using a whacker plate, lump hammer and bolster chisel.
  8. There isnt enough jack daniels in the world mate
  9. Dont know how to put a link up to this but take alook at number 4 .I dont care how much dosh shes got, she would be wearing a bag on her head and i would put one on myself just in case hers slipped off.
  10. just a point on your reference to rich pensioners getting winter fuel allowance. My brother who is 69 and gets a good amount of money through his pensions etc. gets this.He has phoned them several times to tell them that he doesnt want it and to cancel his payment . their reply is that it cant be stopped, they have to pay him it. they advised him to give it to charity if he didnt want it. SO the system is at fault as im sure he isnt the only one whos tried to get it stopped.
  11. Iwill be using a pole for certain . Right tool for the job methinks. If any body needs/wants to borrow one i have a spare as well
  12. Hopefully kev i will be able to make it this year so me you and dave could tavel up in mine if that suits. Could you let me have your number again kev as i lost my phone in the sea whilst fishing[what else]. Although i have started work after two years off.[ its effing killing me]. Only working a couple of months or so then its back to retirement
  13. I would love to see them try and police some of the marks we fish on the north cornwall coast. theyve got enough on their plates trying to catch illegal netters never mind chasing me up and down trevose head and the like. I have no problem paying a reasonable fee for a licence so long as this money is going to be used to improve the fishing. I still pay for a coarse licence even though i havent fished a pond or river for nearly three years but at least i know that this money is being used in the improvement of rivers etc. how are they going to do this for sea anglers
  14. That first bird looks a bad tempered bstard
  15. my kennels are powered from my C.U on a 32a mcb, on a split load board, protected with rcds.... the cable is 6mm t+e in metal conduit underground, then continued in metal conduit up the kennel wall and terminated into a small C.U .... it powers 1 fluro i think you might have overegged it there mate.
  16. as an electrician of 35 years i can honestly say that as long as the correct breaker is used to supply the cable [i.e. 20 amp for 2.5mm] and it is protected by an rcd there is nothing wrong with using flat twin and earth to supply a shed or garage. it has to be installed properly using a catenary wire or conduit etc. to support it and the length of the run has to be taken into account to keep volage drop to an acceptable level. it should also have an rcd mains [garage kit] installed at the shed as this is a detached building. as for just using an extension , this is fine you just need to make
  17. I have out my name ,address and phone number. Council cant give it out anyway. Received an email saying comments have been passed on to their solicitor. Lets hope the twat gets sacked and prosecuted.
  18. If its the main line it doesnt go into the numbered parts on the small first part that you take off the box. you need to remove the small part first then this will give you access to another two screws that remove the main part. On the back of this there will be two larger terminals. this is where your two incoming wires need to be connected. usually the green one and the orange one. The numbered terminals on the front piece are for when you install an extension to your existing phone point.
  19. Is it the main incoming line they have pulled out or is it a cable that goes to an extra socket that has been installed.
  20. A few campsites still open in cornwall if you fancy the drive. I may even tell you where to fish if you ask nicely lol.
  21. First of all congratulations on your news. I myself had this same decision to make just over two years ago. My mrs was adamant she wanted to move to cornwall but we had just received the the news that i was going to be a grandad twice. my head was a shed for weeks. the only saving grace was that one of my grandkids was going to be in cornwall for the time being[son in law is in the navy] but i still felt guilty for thinking about leaving the other one. We did eventually move and i cant say it was/is easy to be honest . i now have the life of riley , dont work just fish ,do allotment walk dogs
  22. Cracking days fishing kev. Thats the main thing i miss about living in cornwall, no decent river coarse fishing. Havent touched my coarse gear in more than two years, i cant bring myself to go to white acres or any of the other puddles round here. I used to fish a small river near home and got more excited about catching grayling and brownies than any double figure puddle carp.
  23. Went on a 3 day stag do there once, took me 3 days to recover when we got back. Iwas shaking like a shitting dog for 2 days ,but what a laugh. Some of the sights are very attractive. Watch out for the ladies with their bollocks hanging out of their bikini bottoms lol.
