a good massage wont do you any harm mate, i used to have a full body massage about every 3 months kept me feeling in good shape. havent bothered for a few years now though as the bird that use to do me as packed it in. i use to have a couple hours deep sleep afterwards. some of the best sleep i use to have. i do go to see a sports physio as and when i feel the need to just to sort my legs out a little from doing alot jogging. money well spent if you ask me.

theres many a bloke who wouldnt have a wonder dog if they did have plenty of quarry as they dont know how to condition and run a dog properly. the man behind the dog plays a large part imo.

i seen my very first one in the lamp round by me end of the last season. seen a few about my area in the day but not loads of them.

i thought i would never lamp without a seperate lithium and lamp but i have and still do. once these led lamps have the yellow beam that alot of folk seem to prefer then i think a seperate battery and lamp will become a thing of the past. ive got a 10amp lithium i have hardly used since using the led lamps with built in battery

i got 2 dogs both had there front dew claws on my old dog had never had a problem and hes coming upto 13 now my younger dog almost bang on the day he hit 3 started pulling off rabbits his jumping went a little off tune aswell and it took me a while to work out what the f**k was going on. had his front dew claws removed and hey presto back to his normal self. front dew claws are not always a problem and thats why some lads dont get them removed.

this as just put a downer on my day, lost my mum to the big C 2 years this june reading this as just brought a shit load of emotions back i didnt really want to be thinking about. R.I.P krawnden. my thoughts go out to his misses and kids.

If all gos well next season. But could well be longer it will all come down to money i will invest £20 to help out, if it all takes off i want a 50% equity share of the new lamp business lol.

although the best all round lurcher i worked which belonged to my dad was a bitch i prefer dogs, no hassle with seasons and just generally a bit stronger built and can handle a knock better. once you get that bond a good dog is a loyal as any bitch imo

thats the sort of price i was thinking, £50-70 is good money for a lamp if it lasts and is what you want, then its a small price to pay. perhaps a couple of quid more even. it would be interesting to see what price d Lloyd can come up with just to see how much we are getting ripped of by deben and lightforce.

i will finish it of for you Tomo 7 as cheap as possible trig you are are tight lol....you only breath out once a week , to get the most out of the air I must be honoured. He brought me and my daughter breakfast last time I was down his you shouldnt have let that slip gaz, folk who visit will be expecting breakfast from me all the time

i believe hes got a smaller lamp than the 150 same distance beam but slightly more spread. looks a nice little lamp for the bunnies that lamp in about 15 or 20 watt led would be ideal for the lads that like to run bigger fields.
