Blacks,Black and Tans, Fell etc. have been on the slippery slope of commercialisation for less years than the Beddy and in the last decade or 3 have slipped faster from the coal face than the Beddy as with a few decades start on them,some realise that fact and act accordingly,some think it will never affect them and others check their bank balance.The Bedlington is the marker that other breeds will soon have to follow.

Their wealth and stature was bestowed upon them in centuries past,now its earnt by the main monarchy,Prince Charles and the Cornwall Duchy employs hundreds and generates millions,his sister is responsible for countless millions being raised annually through her projects,his brothers are a strain on the national debt financed by their parents that generate hundreds of millions to our economy,the likes of Andrew and Fergie,Princess Michael etc. are a strain on the monarchy that the main players counteract.

When you have a grandmother thats nearing 90 and still puts in more work than grandmothers 30 years younger,then gains the amount of revenue she does for this country,she,s worth every ounce of her regal weight,its the fecking royal bred hangers on that do nowt and receive income from the state. Ive heard every argument going for mutts that live in or out,out is often dependent on an heated kennel,i find that dogs housed outside are better suited to working outside,especially if they live in a kennel full of straw and not electricity.Stand on a wintry landscape high on the fells awaiting a bolt,the longer you wait the easier it is to see where the dogs reside at home.

We have both struggled to home Bedlingtons that are worth homing,for all the right reasons,im sick to death of ranting to the same drum beat,especially as the nuggets and ego,s put a £ sign in front of theirs and sell litter after fecking litter after litter.

They certainly are an out and out earth dog,at times very,very good ones that will live with any other working terrier type,bolting or digging,their versatility also makes them the most useful of terrier to thrash about on top.Ive seen many that are far to big to work below with any credibility,or breed terriers suited to earth work,id not own or breed from such. If you are so confident in your stock ,would it not be advantageous for you to place pups with working homes [you might already but i know a few with beddies and none have yours]. I rate a voice on a bushing,ratching type of hunting jukel,especially when a gun or a lurcher is educated to it,a busher without a voice is useless.I have my Beddy pack that ive become accustomed to,id like to see them against an honest pack like yours,thats what its all about.
