  1. No.....that would be a cockadoodle........or a cockerpoo..............
  2. I usually feed twice a day - morning and night after exercise. Some times fed once a day depending on whether they are doing much.....I never ask a dog to do a lot just after feeding.
  3. Which one is yours? what sort age and height is it? Is it border or beardie cross?
  4. How long have you had the dog? When did you last worm it? What did you worm it with?
  5. Perhaps a relative...........? He's a dirty ballix if it is true.
  6. I do agree with that as i have my 3 insured and i have never claimed, however my sisters dog is 7 and has diabetes, epilepsy and cataracts vets fees are about £2000 for all his checks and medication but she pays her insurance excess at £75 and thats it sorted to be fair if any of mine had all or any of the above, they wouldnt need a vet Indeed...............keeping pet dogs going with these types of conditions is probably what greases the wheels of the pet insuance industry..............it wouldn't be a life my dogs would be living.
  7. It's an open to the public site...........why should the public not comment?
  8. http://www.nationaltrust.org.uk/mount-stewart/things-to-see-and-do/events/ There you go Sinead.........have a look here.
  9. There is usually a dog day at Mountstewart National Trust at Newtownards in the spring that would be of interest to you. Loads of things to do and see with your dog.
  10. That's very bold of them to come into houses. Do they climb in through open windows?
  11. Before buying something ask yourself "Do I really NEED that, or do I just WANT it"?
  12. So it costs you over £120 a year to get a booster, worm and flea treatment for one dog? That sounds a bit dear to me? Flea treatment and wormers for one dog would be cheaper off the internet companies.
  13. My dogs stripped the tomatoes and strawberries of any plants they could reach...................no harm done to the dogs at all.........I also buy bags of cheap eating apples for them......they eat skin, pips stalk and all. They even dug up some spuds but only had a brief chew at them!
  14. What is the breeding behind this one?
  15. Looks great there......like windswept scenery from 'Wuthering Heights'.
  16. try the hacksaw blade first its free fcuk sake were only trying to get MILLET a sale here ok then the furryagitatorthinggmajigy is better than the free hacksaw blade and it will only cost him £ 10 And it IS better than the furryaligatorthingmagigy!
  17. Has he got a smooth coat or is it a bit wooly from the collie perhaps?
  18. What is it and why do you reckon a dog would need it?
  19. In all dealings with vets regarding my dogs welfare...........the bottom line is, for me..............is it really necessary and is it in my dogs best interests? Often times a bit of common sense and 'wait and see' does the trick. It is like lot of parents run to doctors unnecessarily every time their child sneezes or farts.......because that is free. Having said that, obvious serious injuries or illnesses justify a visit to the vet. I don't insure my dogs......perhaps that helps focus the mind on what is 'necessary'?
  20. Hope he's back in top form soon xxx.
  21. Quite a dramatic underbite there. It's a wonder the poor sod was able to eat!
  22. "You have a face on ya like a well boiled bag of shite!"
  23. I can just imagine the cracking of bones and smashing of teeth.............
