  1. Good luck - sounds like he will have a better life with you
  2. I must say, i have never experienced any problems with night vision - just a vast improvement to what it was like wearing glasses or contact lenses. The day the contact lenses, solutions and storage pots left the bathroom window sill for the bin was a great one!

  9. Exactly why dogs become jackers or yappers then it's the same folk on here asking why their dogs yapping then it gets passed from pillar to post and what could have became a half decent dog if given time gets ruined and becomes useless, only 1 option in my book after that, PTS!! Dog or handler?
  10. Glad it is working for you.......it's a lot cheaper than refurbishing your house! Mine do spend time in the crates and are very settled - I put blankets over the top and sides to make them more like dens. My dogs get fed in them as well - so the crates are good places to be. Anyone looking cheap cages look on 'doghealth' site. http://www.doghealth.co.uk/collections/cages-crates/products/silver-dog-cages

  14. I had mine done age 35. I was short sighted. I was informed before the procedure that I would likely require 'reading glasses' when I became 'middle aged'....., at a recent eye test, I was told that my vision was perfect.....so far,so good.
  15. Great to see the wee lad enjoying the dogs.
  16. I had it done 7 years ago after wearing glasses and contact lenses from age 12............it is the most liberating thing I have ever done! No more steamed up glasses, allergic reactions to glasses touching my skin, broken glasses after crashes off horses, no more eye infections/irritations from wearing contact lenses and panic on losing lenses. Look into it, mine was done with Optical Express......best £1000 I ever spent.
  17. I wonder if there is anyway they can prove that you do or do not watch tv programmes on the tv set you use as a screen whilst playing computer games?
  18. FATHER XMAS Maybe ? Or more likely an outside aerial, suggesting that you watch tv? Anyways, talking of outside aerials, Now that analogue signal no longer works are outside aerials still necessary to pick up digital signal through freeview boxes?
  19. Doors and windows locked 24/7.
  20. thanks Actually......that could be another business opportunity for you........why don't you consider approaching TV costume departments etc?
  21. Whatever one you get - get it fitted by an expert saddler, who can advise on what would suit the physique of your particular horse and importantly, adjust it as your horse changes condition. Is this for your latest young horse? Bear in mind, if it is only a youngster, that it will change as it matures and builds muscle. As other poster said, you can avoid trouble in the future by spending time and money getting things right now.
