    Anything is worth a try when you are in severe pain...............chiropractor worked for me when I was in desperation..............but as said before..............good general fitness helps!

    SCARED OF NEEDLES ARE WE.... Not at all....It just seems so many folks get tattoos and later regret it.........where as art on the wall can be removed/changed/sold on etc as one goes through life and tastes/circumstances etc change......

    I love shopping in them all......I have a good browse round everything......shopping to me is like a leisure activity......I only need to buy for me, so I just buy whatever I fancy....................although I do always have a hoke round the reduced stuff......

    I would wait until a bitch is physically mature before speying - about 18 months mine have been. I believe they need their hormones to grow strong bones and muscles first.

    Crate training could be the way to go..........my last 2 dogs were all trained this way..............they have never soiled their beds................and even if they did, it would have been a contained mess. The first was trained to use papers........I found this a longer and messier procedure. I work.........and my dogs are all locked inside during the day to keep them secure................they have Radio 2 to entertain them. On days when I know I won't get home to let them out at lunchtime I always leave them some newspapers to target if they are desperate................they really ver
