Legally as long as you checked first thing in morning and re-leased you will be fine. Put up a row of willow hurdles down the garden and set behind that so cage cannot be seen from path as easy, to reduce people stealing or breaking trap (or releaseing charlie), and to stop people phoneing police/arse.p.c.a, they cant do anything about it but may try if they are of a mind to.

Got to bite the bullet and buy some, got a nice local job so might do that first to bring a bit of cash in to pay for em. Only need about 25 to replace lost ones but wanted a dozen of 2 other kinds aswell, talpex ect, just to expand the armoury.

People are making out that areas like the new forest are to be sold and made into car parks! There are many small areas of forestry that would be better off in private hands, at least when labour get in again they wouldnt be able to stop us hunting and shooting private forests on a whim. When an area is publicly owned then its no longer managed by country people on the ground but by office bound tits in london. I say get it all in private hands.

I think there are quite a few on here from yorkshire. I hunt with a yorkshire pack but they do come to the developed side of the pennines (Lancashire)now and again so they arnt all bad!

good post mate and yeah your r1te but just out of interest would you not double lock everything even if it was a black, muslim, white, scotish or who ever looking over your fence ?? or would it just be travellers?? Good question and I had to think about it, proberly a black person and anyone else who looked dodgy or I had pre-concieved ideas about.

..... er some cunning plans there mate but I think if your working with heavy plant and value your job then stop any drugs, its getting more and more common in that area of work and they dont take excuses. Even if your bosses believe you you will still be asked to leave a site. I dont know if its insurance they are up against or [bANNED TEXT] but sites are getting stricter and stricter and iv never known them give any leeway.

In the 50's lots of jews were known as thieves and pickpockets, so the jewish communities sought to clear out alot of the bad apples, jewish thieves were known to fear jewish juries for this reason. Eventually the thieves pickpockets and fagans were even run out of the country and the non-jewish communities respected them for that. We hear alot about gypsy rules and laws and how they sort things within their own communities, so how come they cant clear out the people who give them a bad name???? Hi mate, iv just moved to the hodder valley myself tho havnt had anything to do with the pack in question. I think there was a bit of a split and now there are 2 packs. As far as I know they are gun packs.

Your nearest is the Meynall and south staffs http://www.mssh.co.uk/, but you could head south to the Quorn or Atherstone or north to high peak harriers. Think there is also a pirate pack called Manifold valley in your area.

I dont think anyone has said the arseSPCA did it only that they sometimes make things up to increase donations and they mis-represent the truth to have a cheap dig at fields sports. I remember once reading about a turkey that had 'turned up on the rspca's doorstep' apparently it had wounds consistant with a failed slaughter process and had walked 8 miles from the nearest turkey farm across countless mainroads to find its way to the nearest animal sanctuary. We used to give flesh to a man who looked after birds of prey at the center and he admitted they had found it outside a large turkey

Anybody hunt with the Claro beagles or East lincs bassets? I believe they are having a joint meet soon and I wouldnt mind having a look at em.

The huntsman I worked under got paid less than the other staff but he had all the skin money to make up his wages, if the skin money was good certain months then he would give us some as a perk. Im guessing skins arnt making much these days so that prob wouldnt work today. I was on really crap money but didnt have to pay for much, members of the hunt would sort anything we needed.
