    I went for a walk at the weekend and took a couple of hard boiled eggs in my bag, loose?…. Slipped, fell, crushed the fuuckers and didn’t realise…. Fast forward 3hours in 30C heat, that smell will make your eyes water ?

    I see it as a problem based on seeing people as different. A cnuts is a cnut no matter where they come from! Why not just call all Yanks Yanks? Why African, white, Asian etc American? If you divide people into sects, they will become sectarian based on their pigeon hole.

    I didn’t mate, not something I seek out to watch if i’m honest. I’m just sick of everything being white privileged this that etc. If real conversations don’t start to happen then who knows where this will end up!

    Just been reading on LinkedIn an old black lady (84) has been violated and murdered and it’s being strewn as a hate crime (apparently he sought her out because she was black). Now everyone is on there talking about white privilege etc yet no one dares to tackle the hate crimes against whites or this Chinese bloke against Taiwanese. Only every a story when a white person is the perp’ Took a lot of will power not to reply and potentially ruin my career ??

    Bicarb and rinse with water or that oxygenated water stuff (forget the name in English), it’ll fizz like a cnut but will empty the wound. After that let it heal naturally. A gum should start to granulate within hours, if not less. It’s going to be sore, so soft food and keep cleaning it.

    I once got asked how much for a steak in a pub between Wythenshawe and the airport ? I was there on biz, went shopping in ASDA for goodies to bring back here and stopped in the pub for a pint. Name on the board for a game of pool and sat there with a Boddies. This bloke walks up and says got any steaks and cheese mate ? His face when I told him I’ve bought it not robbed it was a picture. He couldn’t apologize enough bless him ?

    That salary is for probably 4days actual work. ? There are other companies who’ll pay double the top end for the right person. I know a consultant (LEAN UX & UI) who gets a daily rate of 20k€+ a day ?

    Biggest pain in my life is companies saying “we’re fully Agile” ? Fuuck off ? True Agile mature companies who have implemented correctly (been coached) and buy in at all levels are few and far between. The team I work with when they go in to consult, take aspects from Agile, Kanban, LEAN, SAFe etc and tailor bespoke to the company.

    Scrum master protects the team from the cnuts that hold the purse strings ? Product owner - translates the needs of the business (stakeholders) and sets the product backlog. scrum master coaches and mentors the development team and facilitates all communication. dev team - choose items from the product backlog, break down epics and develop the product. Implementation of scrum and agile practices has increased ROI and drastically speeded up production, from inception to shipping. I’m aiming to be an Agile coach in the next 2 years. A grand+ daily rate isn’t a bad wage

    In a nutshell what you are seeing on here right now (the website) is frontend, so website and application layouts, the code that makes it seem as is, functionality etc. backend is what runs/makes a website/application work.

    That’s some achievement is that mate! One of my best friends is a certified genius, member of Mensa, PHD in AI, MBA (in six fuucking months), he has a side gig as a professor at the top University in Barcelona (possibly Spain), his qualifications and abilities are beyond what normal people do. I’ve just asked him to help me understand a test I’m supposed to be giving to these candidates lol. I understand the maths of it but fuuck me, it’s what they actually have to do on the test that has me stumped and I have degrees in Maths & engineering ?
