Now could be the best time to go on the counter offensive. Start compiling the stories, pictures, and some video, of how they go about their business. If they're making headlines and we have indeed reached the tipping point, the public will need to see how they f**k over everyone they come into contact with. This forum has a lot of members that could fill that blank. Anyone got the skills to put up a half decent website?

Sometimes the entrance to the nest isn't where your lance is. The railway job the nest entrance was a half a metre from where they were showing. A good puff of Ficam surrounds the entrance and moisture condtions make it inert almost immediately. Not in all cases but in many that I'd treated over the years. How do you lads treat nests where they're showing from soffits and fascias? Where the entrance to the nest is quite a way from the insects are showing from? How do you treat around ponds and water courses? Anyone ever use crawl boards, in lofts? I fully understand about PPE, Risk Ass

Try understanding what I was getting at... I didn't say I'd rather get stung than use PPE. I said I'd rather take a sting than risk heatstroke. Something I don't find dickish in the slightest. You might be Captain Cautious, but I'm going to risk balancing on roof trusses when nests are above people's bedrooms. Never been through a ceiling never caused any hassle. Sad state of affairs when using cash causes suspicion. People are being conditioned to believe that anyone using cash is a criminal. All part of the drive towards a cashless society. One where plastic rules and computers shuffle data around. Not good for those of us that don't want to account for everything we do to a bank, especially when they don't mind using that money for all kinds of shenanigans.

Mate! They went apeshit! I couldn't stop the swarming, they were full on pissed at what I was doing. It was very hot work, and I had overalls on under my bee suit. Still got a couple of mild stings and I had the pant legs, and gloves, duct taped to my arms, and ankles. The wasps were showing from concrete ducting. Show up... Apply the dust. As I was walking back to the van the heavens opened. I knew that it would kill the dust, so I went back with a shovel, a couple of gallons of water, bin bags, sprays and aerosols. No worries at all, mate! I know when the topic steers around to the existential it seems like I always end up having a pop... I can see how Fry's sexuality would influence his opinion, same way we're all influenced as we grow. But I think he makes valid points regardless, my personal bias is based on large human bodies collectively exercising their bias on controlling others!

It's possible but sexuality/race/gender/etc a side, I have a similar opinion on institutions that done nothing but attempt to subjugate people. Why would his sexuality have any overall relevance on his opinion?

I concur. Apart from the bit about greek mythology, I agreed with what he was saying. I frankly don't give a flying f*ck that he's gay, or struggled with depression. It doesn't lessen his opinion.

Because powders and dusts didn't work on wet ground. It was either raining during the treatment, or before and after. This was on a railway embankment where the electricians needed to go back to work ASAP. The whole line was shut down. No nest, no call backs. I always try to remove them, where possible at least.

We do agree that there are a lot of muslims in the country. We disagree on the effect that will have on the country. We agree that that number is growing.
