I couldn't agree more! I'd like to think it would be a positive influence also. Marsh's video is worth a view. It's interesting! I don't think they're assuming, I think they're putting it out there to see if there is anything. Hoping for the best I'm sure but essentially broadcasting an interstellar radio show and hoping there's an audience. How did they evolve? I don't know they exist, so I can't answer that one. I think reassessing the scripture would be impossible, but no doubt someone will. I don't think they stand up to scrutiny now. As far as faith goes I don't think it will change a thing. Discovering ET life would still neither prove, or disprove, the existence of a deity.

I use em because they're peer reviewed and pretty damn good. Each to there own. For the amount of time I spend behind a keyboard I struggle to justify paying for an ISP.

Go in at night with a bin bag. Don't switch your light on until you're set up. Open the bin bag. Knock the nest into the bin bag. Tie it off and stick it in the freezer. Done. Bonus Hack: When the nest is dead you can pull the grubs out and fish with them.

They always go the same way 1. someone has the nerve to say something negative about Blacks or Muslims or Pakistanis 2. Maybe he does but any factual information he broadcasts would have to be buried in with the conspiracy stuff that makes up most of his show. Have you ever heard his shows? He's very entertaining if nothing else.

I honestly don't know mate. We're at our current technological limit but that doesn't mean something older and dare I say more evolved hasn't had the ability to check in on us. Of course I have absolutely no evidence to support that hypothesis but for all I know we could all be in a petri dish, under a microscope, in some alien labratory. All I do know is that from some of the pictures released by NASA this week is that it's a huge and interesting petri dish!

I don't think it's anyone other than the individual's choice as to whether that is the choice. If someone wishes to check out then I don't see why it should be anyone's call other than theirs. Eligibility? Again we're talking about assisted suicide, not euthanasia. If I wanted to check out and wanted someone to help I really don't think it profits anyone from punishing them twice. I disagree that it's the same thing. We're not making a choice for someone, they're making that choice and asking for help along the way. I don't have an issue with that. I couldn't agree more but we're not talking about euthanizing the sick, we're talking about consenting adults being afforded the legal right to die. Two radically different proposals. If someone wants to battle to the end it should be applauded. They should be offered all at our disposal to make them as comfortable as possible but why can we not extend the same courtesy to those that want to check out?
