Bang on......who cares what a dog does to its owner in his own house based on a decision he made.............its innocent people that need protecting. The ins and outs of how such a law would work is way beyond me......but it has to be a better idea than just saying " make people responsible and give them 20 years once their dog has killed a child "

Id say we,ve tried un intrusive options and this is where we are at..................personally ive no problem with dog wardens having the power to scan a dogs id chip......thats all it needs be.

Its like any law.....it will only be as strong as the strength its enforced at......................if a person doesnt insure there dog they get fined/banned/imprisoned whatever..........get dog wardens out and about if a dog is known to be at an address where licence/insurance is not coming up then enforce the law its that simple.

Is that not what we,ve been doing for the last 20 years ?... giving fools choices hasnt quite worked has it....id rather take that choice away from them....or at least make it a tougher choice.

Wouldnt of thought its the best time of year to be aquiring birds Tuffty i made that mistake myself last year from sheer impatience so i know its not easy Taz off here was good enough to give me a handful of Goldies but i didnt have any success breeding them......i,ll be giving it my all next year so hopefully be a few here for you if your still in need.......us Eastenders gotta stick together

Now your just making it too complicated ..... A simple owners licence/insurance for every single dog priced according to breed/owner/risk.......with a central licensing body similar to dvla..............no licence no dog and prosecute as necessary.

One of the best bulldogs i ever ran my hands over was from Peckham in the mid ,s....wasnt owned by blacks or walked around the streets but as Northernlad says when it comes to bulldogs being a dickhead is not something exclusive to blacks.........................................the joe dakies are ten times worse

3rd place thats no good you,ve got to win these things you need better technique .....next time make sure you carry her piggy back style none of that on the shoulders lark you want to be getting your bodyweight forward......and make sure next time you put the mrs on a strict diet for at least 12 weeks beforehand.....salads only......oh and more appropriate clothing next time ....if your gonna be in it then win it.

Speak with a reasonably succesful trainer of a certain age who has trained fighters through the generations and ask them if fighters today are physically fitter......all else being equal ( skills/ability etc ) .....The thing we do when comparing like this is we look at the highest level to compare......but if you take the average journeyman pro of today and compare fitness levels to the average journeyman pro of even only 30 years ago it is like chalk and cheese.......apart from the obvious nutrition side of things,think of things like sponsorship......years ago pro fighters were not sponsor

Completely agree with this......its the main thing wrong in the sport in my opinion..... But to judge and compare fitness alone you have to make everything else equal......no Hatton would not of stood a chance with either of those gents.....that doesnt mean he wasnt at a higher physical peak of conditioning though.
