  1. Thats a silly comment.......while i dont really know what Garner is babbling on about here there can be no doubt as to the importance of Tom Garners contribution to the Apbt breed over the last 40 odd years, the man has put some great dogs out into the Gamedog world and without people like him who have dedicated their lives to dogs the breed would never have produced many of the amazing athletes we see before us.
  2. Just clocked a few of your English hating posts you're clearly looking for a bite so lets give it to you.....how are you working out that the Scots invented football ? I was always of the understanding it was something to do with the Ebenezer chap who founded Barnes Fc.....the only reason thats stuck in my mind all this time is because the local East London boys club Senrab who have produced many top class pro's over the years were named after the backward spelling of Barnes Fc....maybe you can enlighten us all ?
  3. Amazing......The Royal Kennel Club of Uk " Lets create and encourage the breeding of some of the unhealthiest ridiculous looking dog breeds known to man and then when the government ban them we can blame the public for breeding them "........shower of c**ts !
  4. A more realistic punishment would be to simply imprison them within the general population of a prison and let nature take its course.
  5. Ive always preferred what we used to call the old 45lb v 45lb but in terms of pure hunting for me the ultimate would be man against animal like those San people in the Kalahari literally tracking and pursuing an antelope or something, using their physical advantages in order to exhaust it until it drops, persistence hunting i think they call it.
  6. .......and you are the Heritage & Destiny geezer are you not ? Cringeworthy as f**k some of you people......f****n embarrassing !
  7. By portraying themselves as a right wing party when it turns out they're not.
  8. Totally agree....for me Farage has totally messed up the " right wing " mindset by promising Nationalism but delivering some watered down version of Patriotism that isnt even Patriotic !.....theres thousands of people out there that sadly just dont have that final step in them to say " f**k it " and go all out Nationalism.....they want to,but they just dont have it in them either out of some misguided loyalty to what they thought was " right wing " Reform,or they just dont want to admit they backed the wrong horse in the first place......its so sad in my opinion but again, you can lead a horse
  9. From what im told this is an area that has never been won by a right wing party at any point in history so cant be a surprise if its always been a Labour area.....but what could be seen as surprising or should at least be noticed is that the " vote splitting " has worked out great for the left just so long as they have gone further left than the original party !......hopefully this will wake up a few Reform supporters to Farage's nonsense tactics regards vote splitting.
  10. Im quite pleased the way things like this are finally starting to show normal everyday folk what these people are about.....people like me have been called names for years for pointing out racial differences....to the point now where the extreme left try to deny race exists altogether ffs ! Bit harsh maybe but the sooner societies start facing the reality of racial differences the sooner we can all get on with trying to fix the problems.
  11. We was big kids they never displayed bigger sizes in shops round our way it was always little size 6 and 7's....a,they took up less space and b,they didnt look quite as cumbersome. No we had to be a little bit more inventive the young Saturday boys were usually easy targets but they wouldnt lace them up out of the box,the times we'd put them on and leg it for the door only to trip over the laces on the way out Some of the shops got wise and put staff on the door when young lads went in,others even made you pay for the trainers before you even tried them on......the best ones of all
  12. You really would think these two would have a little bit more respect for the sport that made them both multi millionaires....once again, boxing isnt protecting itself from these pantomime fights and it will end up killing the sport.
  13. Preparing for a fight isnt the same sparring as when you havent got a fight date its more about sharpening up,getting the reflexes up etc so we would of had the big 18 or even 20 oz gloves on so no damage is done but he had a good array of punches and they all got your attention,i could take a really good shot back then and was very rarely off my feet but in normal day to day sparring yes you was always wary of trading up with Gary.
  14. Im pretty sure Lewis was Garys only loss,i always said id rather spar 10 rounds with Bruno than 2 rounds with Gary......Mason kept things simple but he was a destructive puncher with fast hands whereas Frank had slow feet and was more predictable with his movement.....in all honesty i think Gary was the better fighter but of course Frank had the backing of the nation and he did great. Proper gym wars are few and far between now compared to years ago, fighters are protected too much these days quite often with some of these young lads the first real tear up they have is in an actual fight..
  15. Normal is 300 - 1000 so up to as much as 4000 wont necessary be flagged up as elevated but its normally unusually low test levels where fighters get caught out as its obvious they are using masking agents......its an incredibly complicated field that even the fighters themselves are just being advised and same as anything else some advice is better than others.
  16. It was no picnic mate but it was all about the dough for me and having a good manager i could make more doing that than actual fights.... some of the most brutal fights ive ever seen took place in gyms with spars that got out of hand i remember seeing Dennis Andries and Denton Ruddock nearly kill each other one time ....Errol Christie and Prince Rodney was another one.....even more recently George Groves v Billam Smith....Eubank Jnr v Pat Mendy.....absolute gym wars.....the gypsy kid Dennis,i forget his second name now had a really nasty spar with Prince Patel in the old Trad gym in Canning T
  17. You are talking about the T/E thresholds, thats not the same as elevated Test levels.....nobody gains anything !
  18. It doesnt matter what i believe im just asking the question, what if he knew for a fact/believed him 100%........bin him anyway ?
  19. Without school uniform we would have been out on the thief at 10 and 11 just to keep up with the cool kids.....as it was we didnt start till about 15 .....wasnt a sports shop in East London that would let us try 2 trainers on at the same time
  20. Just a gym in Bradford Fury had been acting daft taking liberties with some younger lads etc.....he'd made a nasty remark to Frank Grant ( who wasnt a man to be messed with ) Frank jumped in the ring to have a tear up with him and Fury walked away saying he was too knackered, had to get home to his pregnant wife and stuff......there was some big metal steps outside where we all used to congregate for a natter after training well Fury came running down them jumped into his Transit van with Frank in hot pursuit wearing only his jock strap screaming and shouting like a mad man while Fury went whee
  21. Agreed......strikes me as a man thats had an unfulfilled life.....bit sad really.
  22. About 7 years....won a few more than i lost but didnt set the world alight and never fought any big names of the day but made a nice little living at the time sparring some of them....did a lot of rounds with big Frank,Mason,Notice and most of the other British heavies of the day Gary Mason hit the hardest and big Jimmy Oyebola was probably the hardest style to figure out.....in terms of best boxer on his day the cruiserweight Sammy Reeson was a really good gym fighter but just couldnt always put it all together under the lights.
  23. Id love to see Matchroom make a move into the Ufc now......might be the only move for them.....whats the old saying " if someone plays dirty then you have to play dirtier "
  24. What if he knew/believed he hadnt cheated ?.....bin him regardless ?
