    spot on regards Haye, I was watching is interview after the fight, and being honest Haye made a lot of sense regards AJ , he said he coming along good and doing the job, but he not fought anybody like me with my speed/power, and AJ would have probs with it, unless he can get better defence .     It really is as simple as that.....Mark Noble is a very good fit for West Ham the way Defoe was a good fit for West Ham and is a good fit for Sunderland......players who are tops in their position.....any position go to top clubs.........when Ian Wright was at Palace it was clear he could do it at a much higher level which Arsenal proved.......the biggest clubs can see the biggest players. Im a big fan of Mark Noble but ive never thought he was England quality.

    No idea how the heavyweight division will pan out over the next few years theres some interesting potential match ups as they all seem to have different qualities and different vulnerabilities i still think if he has the motivation Haye could have a lot to say as he is probably the most talented guy out there personally i dont think Joshua has any real talent at all but he is a pure sportsman and elite modern day athlete based on very basic brute artistic thuggery so it go,s to show the extent of differences between the top guys stylistically that can throw up some exciting bouts.

    Franks a smashing kid he comes from money as well so he,s there because he wants to be not because he has to be which i think is what got him through that fight when his back was against the wall its his natural competitive desire that got him through.....congratulations have to go to Don Charles as well who got 2 of his fighters through long gruelling fights on the same night,certainly not an easy thing to do.

    I love Xmas we always have an away fixture boxing day ....Swansea this year so that,ll be fun !.....apart from that i like the general friendliness of folk around Xmas my mrs never had her own kids so she go,s completely overboard with decorations and presents we got the grandson round this year im probably more excited about this Xmas than i ever was as a kid !

    I can guarantee I wouldn't kill a random for no reason not matter hiw much you offered me. The price you can be bought for doesn't have to be money, it can be your own life or a life of a loved one, it takes a hell of a lot of principles to see a loved one die in front of you when you could push the button and stop it.
