If you know your body and how it responds you only need a little bit of nutritional knowledge to lose/gain relatively large amounts of weight quite quickly its people who have never paid any attention to their weight that struggle as they expect sudden responses and when they dont get them give up.....im up over 19 stone at the moment which is about a stone over my best weight but i know it will come off easily,when you have been very active over many years you can experiment with your weight and be confident of not getting stuck at a weight your not happy with my goal is 17 stone by June/July

I didnt drink either till a few months ago ....ive never been into eye candy muscles i havent had a 6 pack for a few years its all solid and theres nothing loose round there but your abs are mainly controlled by diet and i just dont have the dedication for real low bodyfat anymore if theres one thing ive learned through middle aged fitness is you must listen to your body.

Slightly embarrassing but f**k it i dont really know anyone and just want to tell people ...i had the greatest present ever my son pitched up Xmas day after dinner looked me in the eye shook my hand like a man and asked if we can work things out having been out of each others lives for a number of years.....bless his heart.

My body can withstand vast amounts of food without losing my Adonis shape.......its this beer thats f***ing me up .... 2 or 3 days absence from the gym and i normally start getting withdrawals but it will be 2 weeks on Jan 3rd so thats my day for getting in shape again. This weeks shape just happens to be round !

I think thats the first plate of grub you,ve put on here that looks absolutely vile !....each to their own and all that but yesterdays brussells belong nowhere but the bin in my opinion did you take a pic of your Xmas dinner mate that would be interesting to see.

I often have a take away from Gauchos in Canary Wharf they do a smashing steak theres another one in Clerkenwell ive been in that do a blinding burger but i guess youd expect it being next door to Smithfield !....i have a bad habit of calling all the waiters " Chico " in them places

Are you sure its not trying to get out of the water current if its hiding under the pump.....if its a small tank with a lot of water movement a fish can literally swim itself to death just trying to stay still over a period of days.....seen it happen a few times.

Bad move that.....embrace the good parts of your nature and change the bad not the other way round. Ive tried to do a bit of a 360 over the years and be a kinder person......but if a person takes that kindness for weakness they,ll see why i tried to change ! Be proud of a kind nature not resentful.

was it a ginger haired fella over Canning Town way with a couple of chocolate ones.My pal over there has a couple and although they're good for them they're still not all that.Very Scatter brained and although they would get into someone in prey drive I don't know why he ducks about with them as he has much better dogs. No mate these were black it was over Chigwell way i saw them.... like i say i have no idea about there ability or uses but i do think a well conditioned one up on its toes with that nice sleek shiny coat and alert posture is a beautiful looking animal regardless.

Wow what a sad turn out that is sorry for your loss Walshie........some powerful stuff written on this topic makes for hard reading.....cant say as ive any experience on the subject not from anyone close anyway.....couple of acquaintances over the years one of who was well known in the boxing game its certainly a shock that straightens you up lively and thats only like i say acquaintances i cant imagine how it must feel when its a friend/family......so sad. -
I stopped and had a chat with a lad the other week who was walking 2 very capable looking Dobermans they were German imports cropped eared jobs he was going into the bloodlines and how they were from protection stock etc.....might of been useless for all i know but certainly looked the part.

Being as how West Ham may possibly not win the league this year id love to see Liverpool win it theres a lot of knowledgeable footie people up there ive always got on well with scousers they tend to have an aggressive common sense thats forthright and clear to deal and converse with i like them by and large....similar area to my own its my favourite ground to visit as an away fan i always had a soft spot for the club even going there as a kid but to this day still get great pleasure sticking it up them in victory......anyway its not their fault they cant talk properly !

Im told the ease of storing a phone in the shovel rules out them big iphones in preference to the little tiny cheap plastic phones Yes mate,those really slim longCZ phones off e-bay are the pluggers,anything bigger is supplied by people who,well,lets just say they might not be inmates? f**k all that im glad im a good law abiding citizen these days !

Was prob me visiting the great nan Wherebouts mate ?....in my beautiful birth land. Old market square off columbia road mate alot has changed there !!! I know it well Arnold Circus certainly aint what it used to be !.....i was hatched up Roman Rd end fair do,s to your ol nan she must be one of the last whiteys round there.
